Whoever made the fries today on shift around 3:30 PM deserves a raise!! Best fries I've ever had!!

Waited half an hour just for my fries to be cold. Lady kept saying the food wasn't ready ... yet the screen and app both said my food was ready.... Talk about integrity. I don't understand how my fries are cold when I asked for them well done. When it was done the lady didn't call it out and put it on the table expecting us to know if that was our food. If I'm paying almost $20 for a meal I expect my food to be hot and ready when stated. Got my fries remade but that just makes me have to wait while the rest of my food gets cold. Pictures to come ... Update: food came out disgusting ... wings were drenched in oil. Didn't taste like lemon pepper they tasted straight like butter or oil. Mango habanero somehow wasn't that spicy. Honestly, pretty disappointed this time. The wings were way overcooked and dry, and the fries were cold by the time I got them. I've had better experiences before, but this visit just didn't hit the mark. Quality and consistency need serious work. I don't know what happened to Wingstop lately, but the food has fallen off bad. Wings were tiny, overcooked, and drowning in oil. The fries were soggy, and the order took forever. Definitely not worth what they charge anymore. Wingstop should change their name to Letdownstop. Wings tasted like they were cooked last week, fries had zero flavor, and the sauce couldn't even save it. The ranch was the only survivor of the meal. Over all Dry wings, cold fries, long wait -- zero flavor, zero effort. Do better, Wingstop. read more

This place freaking sucks. I walked in and one of the employees was sitting on the floor on his phone by the register. Once I was about to pay they said only cash. When I was if my order was complete they said yes, yet they had forgot my sauces and lemonade, once I asked for them they said " oh yeah". How does Wingstop run out of fries..... I just have a really tough time understanding that one... and because this location is about 1/4 mile closer to my home than the one on Dysart there is no way to get delivery from the location that has fries because it defaults to this fry-less location. read more

We watched the worker talking to another co-worker which made her distracted. They were quick to remake my order and gave me more chicken to compensate for that. Wait time sucked. The first visit service was extremely slow (even for wing stop cooking standard time) and customer service was non- existen. they have a bunch of teenagers working there who act more bothered by customers coming in to their job! Upon the next visit they had a sign posted on the door that their hours were instead of normal business hours they were closing at 8 PM it was 715 and we were told that the kitchen was closed... Ordered online and went inside 20 minutes later and waited more while 2 other customers brought back incorrect orders.I counted 10 employees on this Monday evening 10! and still issues this is clearly top Management problem.The kids working and I mean kids have no speed but slow with no adults present, in my world managers need to work as well not just tally numbers at end of night. read more
