During my visit, a customer politely informed the manager that the music they had paid for had been shut off. Instead of addressing the issue professionally, the manager retaliated. They went into a rage, closed the customer's check without permission, slammed it onto the table, and yelled at the customer in front of everyone. Watching a manager behave this way toward a paying guest was shocking. No customer should ever be retaliated against for speaking up, and no employee should have to work under someone who behaves like this. This manager's conduct is driving away both staff and patrons. Until this individual is retrained or replaced, I cannot recommend this establishment.
