First time there so, I ordered the chicken sandwich. Is that how its put together, chicken patty, pickles in a bun. I was expecting some sort of sauce, heck even a little thousand island dressing. Couldn't hoyt The fries looked overcooked and tasted like yesterdays fries reheated in the microwave. The service was fine, it's a busy place and I could see they had a lot of orders to keep up with. i came in on March 6th, there were a lot of people waiting but no one being helped. There was a younger girl on the phone arguing with someone. She then slams the phone and leaves the front completely unattended. A new worker walks in looks at a drawer and just walks to the back completely ignoring all the customers once again. Finally someone went to the pick up window and someone helped him so we all flooded over there to get out. Just had one of the worst experiences of all time. My bf and I ordered a chicken sandwich meal and a cajun sandwich meal deal. We did an online order. We picked it up and sat in the parking lot, we opened the bag and saw they forgot our fries.. no big deal. We go back, and the cashier at the front demands to see my receipt as if she didn't just help me two minutes ago - whatever. We get back to the car and start to eat when we notice both are sandwiches are pretty inedible. Both Patties have a huge tendon like string going on through the whole patty. We almost put up with it but it was so inedible, you couldn't even rip the chicken in your fingers, it was so tough.We weren't even upset at the workers because it's not their fault but just the experience in general, made us want our money back. We never do that either, that's just how bad the sandwiches were. We pack up the uneaten food, and go back inside. We didn't even eat our fries or our sandwich. As soon as we get to the register, we ran into the same gal who handled our transaction. We nicely asked to get a refund and explained what happened, and she decided to get her manager. The manager was completely unprofessional. I explained the situation calmly and let him know we weren't happy with the chicken patties. I never even brought up the missing fries incident because I can forgive an honest accident. He starts getting snippy acting as if we were trying to get a free meal lmaooo saying " looks like you finished the whole meal." LMAO like sir are these two meals coming out of your personal paycheck? Jesus Christ. I start explaining how we literally took one bite of our sandwiches before we returned that garbage. He literally opens the package of food and starts ripping through the sandwich and fries to "prove his point" like ok??? Thanks for meddling in my germs?? You're still wrong! This is our hometown so we were super excited for Wingstop ! We are regulars of wing stop we usually stick to the medium, lemon pepper and Cajun corn . We have tried it 2 x here and both times unfortunately got sick :/ I am not sure if it is because it's a new franchise or they haven't figured things out yet but we tried it when they had first opened and a month later to give it another chance and both times were fighting for our lives in the restroom the next day to say the least :/ I am not sure if that's the case for anyone else . Had to ask for lemonade line to be switched twice! The drink station was out of paper towels & filthy! They need a routine for clean up, removal of trash, tending drink station etc. Pick up looks busy & popular, tables filled with teens, no place to sit. The workers were friendly despite the chaos. Looks like telephone orders trump walk ins since the two registers were having to do both, making walk in customers wait to place orders. There are NO trash cans in the store! A customer was waiting with her son at a table that had a full bag of trash! It fell & the contents spilled on the floor & onto a waiting customer! The customer had to get the attention of the gazillion workers cooking food to help with the clean up but the customer ended up cleaning most of it-totally uncalled for! They need to limit the amount of people in their waiting room, safety hazard big time. We took our food home, do not bring families larger than 4, there's no room. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I EVER RECEIVED!!!! GABRIELLE THE ASSISTANT MANAGER On Thursday July 6th I received my order that was %80 WRONG when I called to speak to the manager on duty the girl who had bagged up the order immediately apologized and spoke to the manager on duty and they had relayed a message to her that I can be refunded or I can get my whole order replaced for a different day, since I come in so often and they were really friendly about it I said I'll come back a different day since at this time it was 1040pm , the girl then writes down my whole order and tells me she will be adding it to the books and I can call in the next time and let them know her name and that she wrote it down ..and all was well her name was Cheyenne and honestly even though she had forgotten a few things in our order she ended up being super apologetic and sweet! Fast forward to today Wednesday July 12th 1pm I call in to have my order remade. I talk to the assistant manager Gabrielle S. She tells me to hold so she could find my order when she returns back to the phone she tells me that she couldn't find my name or order but she will put it in as she puts my ENTIRE order which comes out to $43 she ask me were the main things on my order made correctly meaning the meats I'm assuming?? I said yes she them tells me she's only going to replace the side of the meals I order because the mains items were correct and I should have come back that day to get the order replaced , i told her what was her name she gives it to me tells me she's the assistant manager on duty and I asked for her manager she tell me his name is Frank and he'll be here at 8am " you can call then about it then " .. when I asked if she can look up my order and give me a refund she hangs up in my face.
