I had to remind them, and there was no apology, just a drop-off like it was no big deal. The fries portion was light, and overall the food just felt like corners were being cut while still charging full price. Soggy fries. Dried out burger. Service was inattentive across the board. When I asked for my last drink and the check, they forgot the check entirely. I sat there another 15 minutes waiting until I had to flag someone down again. That shouldn't happen, especially when it wasn't busy enough to justify it. The environment didn't help either. It's loud in a chaotic way, not just energetic sports bar loud, but TVs everywhere, kids running around, babies crying. On top of that, people were smoking right outside the entrance, so you walk straight through that to get in. One of the more frustrating parts: the metal chairs at the high tops scratched my $250 Patagonia jacket. Then to top it off, the blue pen they gave me to sign the check leaked ink all over my hand, which got on my jacket and car afterward. That's just careless. Only positives were that the beer and whiskey prices were reasonable, and the drinks themselves were fine. However, I took a risk with places like this because most likely they haven't cleaned their beer lines in years.
