All details are customizable and the staff did great in executing things correctly. Food: Food was finished and ready for pick up at the appropriate time. The wings were burning hot so nothing was sitting out for long periods of time- extra points for that! All 90 wings seemed to be accounted for and were cooked extremely well- crispy on the outside, moist and thoroughly cooked. My only slight complaint would be the skimpy portions when it came down to the veggie stick orders. 5/5 stars overall. The food was great and my entire family left the table fully satisfied. Stopped into this location to grab food for tonight's dinner. Have come by this location before and never had any issue. I ordered 30 PC. 10 Garlic Parm and 20 Lemon Pepper. Get my bag, has three boxes and think nothing of it. Get home and first mistake - the wing order was incorrect. They gave me naked wings. Ok, fine. No big deal, they are edible. Go to grab a Lemon Pepper wing and what do you know - there is an eaten wing in my container. Took a picture and double checked with family that it was not a mistake. I've called now about 10 times to the store to talk to someone and I am unable to reach someone. Super frustrating because I went to a WS that isn't the closest to home but never had issues there before. Pay too much to get an order wrong and with someone's eaten wing. The worst customer service experience of my life. I've never felt more insulted in my life. Let me explain. On Uber Eats, I placed an order for their special, Buy One Get One Free 20 piece boneless wings with large fries. I go to pick up my order and they hand me a bag. I drive the 2 minutes home, check my order, and see that I'm missing 30 boneless wings. I drive back to the store, maybe gone for 5 minutes at most. I'm polite as I tell them that I'm missing 30 wings. The guy working the front counter says "No problem, we'll make you them" Problem solved right? No. Another employee comes in and talks with him in Spanish, looking frustrated. I don't know what he says, but I see one of them on the phone. The original guy comes up to me and explains that the other employee swears he put all 40 wings in the bag. He tells me that they're going to need to check the cameras to see if they really hadn't. HE'S TELLING ME TO MY FACE THAT HE DOESN'T BELIEVE ME. He also tells me that since their manager isn't there this night, they can't do anything tonight, because "They don't want to get in trouble", and that I'll need to come back tomorrow. The ordering process was simple and straightforward, but for reasons unknown, it took an hour to receive our food. The food was good, but we were short a wing which Luis kindly and quickly resolved for us. Thank you, Luis! The unisex restroom is small, but nice. 2 employees were cleaning it at the time we left. The food is kind of pricey, but I'm not really docking for this because food is expensive in general now. Glad there's a new Wingstop in Hayward. However, I was shocked that when I placed my order online I noticed that it was almost $20 for a 10 wing combo. That's $4 more when I purchased it a week ago at Bay Fair. So I checked and apparently this location costs about 25% more than Bay Fair does. That's not right. I've usually had a pretty seamless experience when I do that. Plus this particular location is so small, there really isn't much room for seating. Maybe 2-3 tables.
