This place has gone down hill. The food is never ever pushed out on time. They tell you 18 minutes and it takes 50 min. So many employees standing around getting soda, eating fries and laughing having a good old time and we customers just sitting there patiently waiting. The chicken is four stars, the service as well. Sauces all sucked, we tried them all, the seasoned fries had a ton of seasoning salt, nothing but sodium overload there. Therefore 3 stars. Prices, like other chicken places are higher than other fast food though we were lucky to come on a monday 50 cent boneless wings!! Tuesdays as well, we went with 15 boneless, as well as a 3 strip combo with fries and a drink which was almost $8. The strips are a bit better than the wings, more crunch, more meat. The sauces all either pure cornstarch, sugar, oil, butter or just plain salty. The food came out about 10 minutes after ordering, I can tell the place gets packed, we were there shortly after 11 and by the time we left the line was out the door. I ordered over the phone and went to pick up my order. My food was ready exactly when they said it would. The cashier was very thorough. Great customer service, from ordering on the phone to pick up. He showed me my food. Which was made the way I requested. I paid for my food and I left. It wasnt very busy but they were busy. The chicken was piping hot but delicious. I ordered a 10 piece boneless wing combo with baked beans and a drink. I order the boneless wings plain. I asked for parmesan garlic, teriyaki and honey mustard to use as dip. The green tea wasnt very flavorful so I added lemonade and that hit the spot. They need better drink choices. The food cost me about $13 and some change. Everything was flavorful and fresh. Thursday 9/3/2020 at 10:00 PM. This is a great please to come if you want to get exposed to COVID-19. I was shocked to see NONE of the employees preparing the food were wearing gloves. In addition, the heavy set guy with the pony tail behind the counter was also not wearing gloves. He was handling money from the customers and opening the food to make sure the orders are correct before giving it to the customers. Shockingly, he was wearing a mask around his chin. His nose and mouth were exposed and he would periodically go to the food prep areas to talk to the other guys over the food. He would also pour sauce in a little plastic container to distribute with the orders. I observed the operation for about 5 minutes while I waited to place my order. I was so (^*#€"&) DISGUSTED, I just walked out the door. I am not going to die over a piece of chicken wing. People - be careful, be aware of what's going on around you especially in a place like this where food is prepared or served. In hindsight, I should have taken photos and/or make a video and post it. So cooks are learning and I understand I came at a busy time of the evening.. However when you get a promise that the meal will be done at a certain time, you expect to receive it at the time promised. Not 30 minutes later. So disappointed by this Hesperia location. Ordered 50 wings for the super bowl. They gave me a 3:30 time frame to pick them up, which is when the game started. I went a little earlier and they had them ready to go, which allowed me to catch the game from the beginning. I ordered mild, bbq and garlic parm. All were good. And the mark down is because when I ask for ranch and blue cheese, I was told I had to pay a separate charge for. I wasn't told about that at the time of purchase and wasn't about to hop back in line when I was trying to catch the game. Plus I thought and know most other places offer complimentary sauces. Had the worst experience here a few days ago! The wait took forever....The employees did not seem to have any sense of urgency when it came to assisting customers. As my family and I were there we must of watched 10 customers walk out in those 30 minutes for not being attended. Now let's get to the atrocious wings we were given with the most watered down ranch dressing ever! It's like my wings were swimming in grease, water and sauce! Had I not been in such a hurry I would of checked my food prior to leaving which is where I messed up. I used to like this Wingstop, but the last 3 times I came here, the wings were terrible. I gave you guys 3 chances and still you are no wing experts. On average, it is easy to spend 25$ there for 2 people. This food is not cheap for you to be getting trashy wings. Every time I go, I just hope and pray that I get good wings.
