Horrible service took for ever for a 3 piece chicken tender and charged me for a sauce that's supposed to come with it

Hubby wanted to stop for chicken on the way home. We started in drive through. The wait in drive through was crazy. Just to pull to the front to wait for our chicken. Looked like only two people working. Not the employees fault as management screwed this one up. Now we have 4 cars waiting in front for our chicken, the inside is now closed with one person waiting inside for his chicken. Y'all are the only one up here. I respect the fresh chicken. But you can do better with the staff. There is only one in Rialto also. But never have I gone through this in Rialto. I understand people calling off. But don't you have that list of people to call in? Your chicken has always been good, but I have never had to experience a wait like this. This Church's is horrible lately, Since the last ladies worked here it has gone to the dogs, I can't never get hot fresh everything! Fries be mixed some heat lamp warmed some fresh out the grease, what they think the hot fries gonna heat the old ones? Not sure of his name but the employee was more interested with making sarcastic comments and talking to the women in the restaurant who were customers. It was my first time to this location and will certainly be my last. I went to the drive-thru to place my order. When attempting to order, the speaker was in such bad condition that I can barely hear the guy. I was literally repeating and yelling my order multiple times before it was placed. Specifically, I requested for more legs than thighs in my family deal. When I got to the window, he apparently didn't even get my order right and basically said he already put the chicken in the box and that he couldn't take it out to replace it with more legs because it was too late.
