A wing fanatic here...although I have never been to this chain believe it or not LOL (see my other wing reviews). Ok...it was about 15 minutes which is an average to wait to get fresh wings...not bad at all. My bone in wings were smaller sized than normal and about equally bone/chicken ratio. Fries are fresh cut greasy and slightly burned. Sauce was rated 5stars and brought the score up = phenominal. Loved the regular Hot flavor...yum! And their Mango Habanaro is sweet heat and definately more tolerable heat wise than Buffalo Wild Wings Mango Habanero which is a tad too hot for me nowadays. What stunk was barely any sauce on the wings...maybe if i would have asked for them wet they would have done that but they just seemed to skimp on the sauce. Service is kind of average. Friendly but looked like a new employee waited on me amd could barely hear him speaking to me from the e hoing music lol, however I am giving him grace and the benefit of the doubt. Music sounds a little echo-ish and makes it hard to hear the words. I will come back to buy sauce and perhaps try the Monday to Tuesday 50 cent boneless wings...maybe they are bigger than the smaller bone in wings I ordered. All in all pleasant experience not too many complaints, would come again....however nothing beats WING HUT IN AURORA as my #1 and Kicking Wings in Lakewood as my #2. The absolute worst service, and wait ever! If I was the owner, I would wipe the slate clean and start over with new employees. It wouldn't hurt to have some sort of training for them, since they all seem to not know what is going on. Entire experience was a complete fail. We will never be back and from the sounds of other customers complaining as they wait for their below average food, we are not the only ones that feel this way. Ordered a 40 wing family pack for dinner, and was pretty disappointed. The boneless wings had almost no sauce on them and the bone in wings lacked any real flavor. The mango habenero sauce is absolutely awful, just a sweet mess with almost no heat to speak of. The only sauce that had any real heat were the atomic wings. Oh and the fries were undercooked and had zero flavor. I will give wing stop 2 stars because the staff was fairly friendly, however the food alone only earns 1 star. read more

I don't know where management was tonight. But what I experienced with service I most likely will not ever return. I really like Wingstop wings and the price of the beer. It was very slow tonight we ordered 30 piece meal with fry's and veggie. Took more then 45 min. There was another family that came in after us and ordered. When our order was ready I couldn't hear a name called over the loud music. The son of the other family took the order. Which I thought was odd since they ordered after us. He set down with the food and I could here them talking about that the food wasn't there's. The employee brought them out some fries. They told them this isn't our order so he took it back. Now I know the food had been there long enough for them to touch our food and even sample it. Because I heard them say this is too spicy. So my wife went to the counter and the same employee tried passing off this food off as ours. My wife told him that we saw what happened. He offered nothing more then we can wait for a new order (another 45 min), or take this one. No refund nothing. To his credit he was very young and didn't know how to handle the situation. But there again is proof of lack of leadership being present. As I would expect better accountability and ownership of this mistake. read more

Wing Stop was cool. I usually go to Buffalo Wild Wings or order wings from BlackJack Pizza. I just happened to notice Wing Stop in my neighborhood and decided to try it out. I got the Cajun and the hot wings boneless style and loved them. It definitely hit the spot that day and it was reasonably priced. Cheaper than Buffalo Wild Wings and dare I say better. I like that you can split the types of flavors on one order. It's not really a place I would come and hangout in but it was good as a lunch destination. I'll definitely come back. read more

Wing stop in Highlands Ranch sucks! The worst service i have ever had. 4 employees and 2 customers at 4:00 pm in the afternoon. A slow time of the day for the business. Wife called in the order and by the time i got there 11 minutes later...the order hadn't been started. After waiting for our food 13 minutes i ask what was going on??? The order was sitting in the to go rack. The employees acted like it was not a big deal! Minors serving beer. I'm sure the liquor board would like to know about that? Young kids just standing around talking and not taking care of business! I have owned numerous businesses and know it's hard to get good help, but this business has alcohol and needs an adult supervision. I can see why the ratings are so bad? I would give negative stars if I could. This was our first visit to this location and everything we ordered was wrong. After three patrons behind us received their food and we still had not I asked about our dinner. All I was told is sorry, then 20 minutes later we received our meal to the table and every single item on our order was wrong. We received boneless wings when we ordered traditional, received cheese fries when we ordered voodoo, received to go order when ordered in. Bianca the "manager" operating this place needs to be fired. Ordered wings and fries, took an hour wait time. When I placed my order, there were two other people placing orders as the place wasn't crowded. I sat next to the front, so I could hear my name be called... everyone who placed an order before or after me, got their food probably in 15 minutes. I still waited. What I ordered, wasn't complicated and should also take less than 15 minutes to cook. An hour later, I spoke with bianca and she said "I have a problem, I've been waiting longer than usual. Everyone received their food before me." She asked my name, walked to the cart and gave me my food. She claimed she called my name, but she lied as I was 2ft to the left. She didn't and I absolutely became upset. The food is cold. Not to mention, Bianca showed no customer service, rolled her eyes at me and didn't seem to care. I stopped in with my family Wednesday night and the host Kendall made it very clear she didn't want to help us. We decided to eat in, took over 40 mins for us to get our food when we asked about our order they said we were next and gave our order to another family, when we finally did get our order it was wrong, she just dropped our food off and walked off. My favorite are the parmesan & garlic boneless wings - they aren't fatty and gross and don't give me heartburn. The teriyaki is also good. My husband loves the atomic sauce. So this is a complaint about service not food as I gave up prior to actually successfully ordering any food. The counter girl, I will call her "Flower" to protect her youth... She was unable to meet the lowest level of normal human interaction and customer service. I have a food allergy to MSG and asked if she could check the label of the sauces. She replied the sauces are in tubs open, and there are no labels. Then she said here is the nutrition chart... But as I had already downloaded it and it did not provide ingredients, i was unable to determine it. I then asked her to read the jug of sauce right over the prep counter. It was msg free so I ordered the wings. Then she asked me what sauce I wanted and I said the ranch had msg, but I asking if she had the ingredients for blue cheese. She said no but it was probably ok as it was just buttermilk, blue cheese, and the ranch dressing....WTF? I really wish we had gone elsewhere. They screwed up our order- gave us only six wings instead of ten, and mixed our mild wings with the hot wings in the same container. We got them to go, and I shoud have been tipped off when waiting for our order, as there were three other customers that came back because their orders were screwed up. It wasn't until we got our wings home that I realized they had shorted us; I called the manager, who apologized and said she'd replace our mild and hot wings. We drove back and got our wings, but the manager didn't even look at us. The clerk at the front gave us our replacement wings (in separate containers as I requested.) They STILL shorted us on our mild wings, which I find to be both ridiculous and petty. The food was okay, but that's completely overshadowed by the carelessness and ho-hum attitude. From now on, we'll get our wings elsewhere, and will be sure to let our friends know there are far more rewarding options available. read more
