I really like their wings so it's not a good feeling writing this review. I went in to pick up my online order and was told it would take about 30 minutes. There were quite a few groups of people waiting for their orders too, which may or may not be surprising on a Saturday night. I ended up waiting over 45 minutes until I asked them again about my order. They told me it was almost ready and were just waiting on the fries. By the time my order was ready, it was close to an hour, about double the time I was originally told. The staff seemed indifferent about the long wait time, as if this was typical for them. Despite all of this, the wings were tasty and the fries were just okay. Not sure if they were short staffed or the kitchen was backed up or both but it was not a great experience. read more

First of all, last week we placed an order and they didn't give me part of my order and then they messed up another part of the order. I don't live close to this location so yesterday evening we were in the area and decided to go and see if they can fix their mistakes. I've never been treated the way they treated me and my friend. We walked in and all the employees around 5 of them were huddled in the kitchen doing absolutely nothing, they weren't cooking or cleaning anything, and one of them was on his phone. They saw us come in and completely ignored us! My friend was going to order first since there was no line. She stood close to the cashier area to place her order and they all stared at her and went on to talk to each other ignoring her. She was ignored for over a few minutes while they just talked and snickered amongst themselves. Obviously they didn't want to take our order. Finally one of them started to make their way towards the counter and I was not having it. I told my friend that we should just leave because clearly they didn't want to serve us and I don't believe anyone deserves that treatment. We ended up going outside and we could see from the outside they all were clearly laughing and making fun of us! Definitely not going back!!! Sometimes I will get really good chicken and fries and sometimes it will be bland and soggy, workers are pretty nice but sometimes it feels like no one wants to help you. The workers were working. VERY hard. The service was on the high end of typical for a group of minimum wage employees. We completely quit patronizing this location because they're soda machine isn't set correctly and ALL of the sodas are extremely weak and taste mostly like soda water. We have complained about this for over a year and we were told that us they get complaints about it all the time but the manager refuses to do anything about it. Apparently it cost too much to get it fixed. We got the meal for 2 (15 wings, fries, two drinks) and a biscuit on the side. We were super excited to try the biscuit, so much so that the lovely worker taking our order commented how excited we were. (Important for later.) We placed our order to go and sat on the bench directly in front of the register to wait. We watched as about 12 delivery drivers came and went before us, 5 groups of people dining in placed their orders (after us) and got their food, and 10 to-go orders placed their orders (after us) and got their food. As I mentioned before, we could see that the kitchen was hustling! So we didn't want to bother them...but after an hour, I asked if they knew when ours would be ready. They looked confused and then after a beat, realized our ticket had been overlooked. After an hour and 15 minutes, we finally took our food home. We arrived to realized - NO BISCUIT. The wings were okay but in our opinion, over sauced. (To each their own though.) And the fries were just fine. Over $30 later and a sad meal, I don't think we will come back. read more

This Wingstop used to be great. It used to have excellent service, friendly employees and accurate wait times. Now, every time I order, it always takes longer than the app says it will take. Not only that, the app will tell you your order is complete when the store hasn't even started working on it yet. One time, I ordered fries to go. That's it, just fries, no chicken. It took over an hour. The person at the register just kept saying they were almost ready but that wasn't the case. Every single time I've been inside recently there have been other customers asking how much longer the wait will be, telling the staff that they received an email saying their food was ready when it wasn't. The online wait times are never accurate anymore, like they used to be. Another time, the poor kid at the front register was bombarded with upset customers waiting for their orders and when he told the manager that the online wait times were wrong and needed updating, the manager told him to leave it alone, they were fine. On top of the excessively long wait times, the product is now delivered in such a sloppy manner, almost like it's just thrown in the bag.
