I already wrote a review of this place and rated it a one star. I did not think they could get any worse but boy howdy, did they want to try. I was duped into ordering from this place on DD. They had themselves listed under a storefront name, NOT BWW so I didn't actually know who I was ordering from and thought a new place opened up over at The Streets. I live 0.2 miles away and had I not had a sleeping kid, I would have just driven over, found this information out for myself and went somewhere else but alas... there I was. We placed our order and things seem ok. Dasher arrived at the restaurant about 15 mins after the order was placed and sends a message that they were waiting on the food. Great. Until it wasn't. The delivery time kept getting pushed back further and further. Honestly, I've never had such a patient dasher before. This poor person waited and waited. 20 mins. 30 mins. 40 mins. That's right. Waiting in the lobby for the food for 40 MINUTES before we became a bit concerned. The dasher was updating me via the app, letting me know they were still waiting. This was when I found out that it was BWW. I looked up the number to call the store and realized who I had ordered from. I called the store and no one answered. They were definitely hanging up the line to avoid talking to anyone. I tried calling multiple times, sometimes they would disconnect after 1-2 rings, sometimes more than that and sometimes it would ring for a full minute before I would just give up and hang up. Once we reached the 50 min mark of waiting and about 10 mins of me trying to call to no avail, I ended up having to cancel the order so everyone could move on with their night and we could get something else to eat. I did submit a feedback form on the BWW website as this store is extremely problematic and I find it predatory that they are even on DD when they can't even get to go orders out properly using their OWN app. I detailed the experience, the wait, the refusal of staff to answer the phone and the response I received back floored me: they told me to contact DD if I was unhappy with my order. Absolutely reprehensible. This was not a DD issue, it was 100% a BWW issue. This store should NOT be on the app and honestly, shouldn't even be open. I hope corporate seriously looks into this franchisee and how they are choosing to run this store and soil their name. read more

Prepare to be underwhelmed. I've gone here a few times and to go, it's always hit or miss. Last two times I have gone it was disappointment. I did go when it has the $9.99 endless 4 appetizer deal. It definitely was not endless, it was empty area and not even checked on or asked if we wanted anymore till about 40 minutes, and when it came to the check we asked to split the bill. And yet, I find out both charges ended up one card. That was fun. I called and got a refund. Thankfully that was easy. Then with the To go. Ordering online is easy, but I don't know what happens when it gets to them because it seems like things end up lost in translation. My husband went to pick up our order as it said it would be ready 8:10, my husband calls me at 8:14 saying they have no recollection of this online order, an somehow as I am on the phone with him they find it. It's now 8:41pm and still no husband or food. Now my husband gets home, supposedly when he got there he was told after they found it, that it would be next on up. About 7x door dashers after and 35 minute later, my husband is frustrated with the service and food. I gave them a call for a refund and the manager didn't ask me any questions on why, but made it right. Which I was thankful for. My only feedback, Is for to go orders for the people working the front to be more alert of who has been waiting and letting the next person on aware as well, to prevent further issues. read more

Well my fellow Veterans I've been eating here since the beginning, I'vealways had a decent meal here. Yesterday I had lunch with my daughter and posted a new review. Well today I went back with my wife, since we were doing some shopping. The meal was good and like every time I've paid I got my veterans discount which I believe was right around %15 . Today I was told it doesn't apply to my meal because I got the pick two entree's +$10 because we ordered bone in two side salads $2 extra and two drinks. I had tea she had water , so it saved them a fountain drink . Priced at $24 but added up to $36 . There was no stipulation on a no veteran discount on this item . I definitely could afford the meal and was surprised by 18 years of dining here that I was turned down. Maybe they're hurting for business, maybe they're on the downward trend of business but whatever it is they lost a longtime customer. I generally don't like reviewing chains, because what is the point? This BWW is going to be the same as one in Tallahassee or Des Moines or Albuquerque, so you're just announcing to the world that you enjoy or despise the chain, right? Absolutely wrong. A cousin's job had a work function here and I got roped into it. I figured how bad could it be: It wasn't the Downtown Portland Proud Boy sniper's nest BWW that closed a few years back, and Hillsboro's enough of a hot-wing desert that even a feeble approximation of a wing that's a step about Wingstop or Schmizza's chicken-esque substance has to be good, right? No. Incredibly wrong. Dear god, this isn't difficult: BWW locations have been using the same process since fruition AND YET it takes roughly 45 minutes to get 10 wings, sans fries, in simple Buffalo sauce? My cousin ordered street tacos and chips and dip and I just knew that was going to be an ordeal. An hour and 10 later... Listen, it wasn't as if we were there when this place's precious Ducks were playing for the national championship. We weren't even there at a time that could be defined as a rush. This work function clearly threw a staff that's used to light traffic for a complete loop and ground the whole works to a halt. The questions from my cousin, his coworkers, and the server about whether or not I wanted a beer were hilarious, as the bartender seemed on the verge of committing aggravated assault. I wouldn't even consider the place understaffed--it likely had more workers per capita than your average McMenamins--but it was definitely underprepared and underhired. Back of house had all of the hustle of a quilting club in the Gorge, and front-of-house was left to weather the worst while refilling soft drinks until the place's plumbing was stretched to its limits. Streets of Tanasbourne is already home to some of the more suspect food options Hillsboro has to offer. From the PB&J-on-burger place to the one surviving PF Chang's in a region that's teeming with actual Shanghai cuisine to the weird English/Irish hybrid pub chain, Streets of Tanasbourne rarely rewards the diners who venture there and serves has the Potbelly/Corner Bistro-driven meals of last resort for the workers at Kaiser. This BWW should be, at worst, a neutral option amid that putrid landscape. Instead, it's likely sending Kaiser patients into checkups with blood pressure so elevated that their primary physicians are shuffling them right into the ER. read more

We go here a lot. I love the sauces and rubs, but service is always pretty terrible. I don't think it's the fault of the servers or kitchen crew by any means, but instead how it is managed. I'm not sure whether the decision to staff like one or two people to manage the entire floor at any given time is the decision of direct management or of corporate, but it really impacts customers' willingness to purchase and hurts lead conversion. My family typically just purchases the sauces and rubs at the counter and then makes our own chicken at home, avoiding the on-premise service altogether. read more

We were there at 3:45. It was not busy. The food was good. The service by Sergio was the worst service I have ever had! I have nothing good to say about his service. He acted like he didn't want us there and we were a bother. He didn't ask if we wanted an appetizer so we forgot to order our pickles and I had to get more water from another person at our table. Ridiculous, especially since it wasn't busy yet. I know it's a sports bar but, the sound was so loud he couldn't hear us and we had to keep repeating ourselves, making the atmosphere chaotic and frustrating. Probably won't be back. read more

Stopped 3 servers to request a table for 2 with a "I'll get someone for you" when I finally got someone to the front I was told to wait another 20 min to be seated... with no one in the waiting area, and a few people in the general dining area. This review is an FYI for the owner of this restaurant, not sure if this is franchised. This is how your servers are! Stopped by around 7:30sh tonight. This was going to be our first time at a Buffalo Wild Wings restaurant. We just learned they cook their chicken in beef tallow. We were excited! The moment we came in, I immediately noticed this strong dirty smell of the place, the smell of a dirty wet rag. There was no one at the very front desk, I think that's the take out desk, then someone came out and told us to go straight to the bar. We said we want a table. She insisted that the bar is open and we should be heading there. Again, we said we would like to sit on a table. There were a lot of empty tables! She did not say anything and went back in. We waited so that other servers can see us. There were 4 servers at a corner talking and looking at us, finally, one of them came and said we need to go to the bar. We said we want a table. He left. We waited. There's a lot of servers just looking at us. We left. I guess they did not need us. But the owner of this restaurant who is giving them their jobs do need us! To the owner: please review the CCTV. Check out who your lazy workers are. I was happy to leave, the place stinks anyway! Recommendation: stay away from this place. read more

The service was insanity. We arrived here at 9:50pm on a Wednesday night, would've been earlier but the one in Beaverton was closed early. So we arrived here, waited 15 minutes for the hostess and she finally put our name down. Mind you, we're a party of 4. She said the wait would be 25 minutes, so we would get our table around 10:30pm. We sat in the waiting area until 11:14pm. Then, when the hostess finally came to us in the waiting area, she said they had no more tables available. We had been at the restaurant for over an hour and this is what she said. They sat many people before us, and never was told that they had no more tables available. Over an hour just to be told to leave because they had no tables. The communication is terrible and the service was non existent. Also, apparently their cook walked out. All the wings were super tough, probably from being over cooked. They forgot the sauce with the onion rings and didn't season our fries or tots like ordered. We got desert heat, lemon pepper dry rub and all the seasoning was at the bottom because they didn't stick to the wings at the slightest; we used the ranch as a binder and sprinkled the seasoning over. The flaming hot dorito wings were good but didn't taste much of the flaming hot Doritos. The one caveat was we didn't have to wait long after the estimated order pickup time for once. read more

Order should've been ready 35 minutes after I ordered @ 7:10pm. I asked about my order @ 7:22pm. The ghetto employee, Valeria, advised me that they were waiting for my tacos. I advised her it was already over 45 minutes since I ordered. Her reply was "Yeah well...we have other orders to work on. Not just yours." That's when I asked for my refund. She refused. I asked for the manager. Larry came up. He was ZERO help. Never received my refund. No apology. No discount. Took his sweet time when I asked for my money back. Acting like he didn't know how to. He was encouraging me to do so. My food was finally given to me @ 7:35pm. No sauces. No veggie sticks. All food was cold. Except the tacos. I want my money back. I'm completely done with this company. Having incompetence employees is no excuse for giving terrible service. Lastly, I was able to see in the back where employees work. Been here before and have had good service. Today that was not the case took forever to just bring drinks. We ordered and she even came back to check and make sure she got it right, but it came out wrong. Why agreed to bring you a single burger when they're gonna bring you a double burger no matter what. My no mayonnaise burger had mayonnaise on both sides of the bun . She never came by to make sure our order was correct or even to check and see if we need anything, we had to find our own napkins. 4pm, 1600 military time, I took my son here for the first time and it sucked. The person up front at the to go said hi and had a wonderful smile. No one at the host boothe, waited a few minutes, no one there, not busy at all. Waiter came by and said it'll be about 5 minutes, I said sure. My son said, there's no one here why 5 minutes. I said its ok we can wait. It took a little longer than that, was finally seated, saw like 4 different waiters walk past our boothe and you can count the occupancy. My son finally said lets go to BJ's dad. I'm all okay. we stand up and walk out the door. I now understand why I don't really go here. its walking distance from the place where I lease a townhome but makes sense for the low rating. The service sucks. Ordered via the online menu. I was able to order and use my birthday promo code for easy pickup. I ordered the 6 piece boneless mild buffalo wings. I opted for carrot sticks and bleu cheese. I parked in the very busy parking lot and walked up to the restaurant. The restaurant was mid busy and I waited up front for a while. Someone finally came to the front. I got my food pretty quick and ate it in my car. The wings were very good and the carrots crispy. The dressing was thick enough and provided a good dip for the carrots and wings. This location was not my favorite, the parking kinda sucked. I ordered online so you go to the front and tell them your name. I ordered 10 boneless wings and fries for $9.99. I asked for lemon pepper on the side. We also ordered kids meal traditional wings at $6.99 with salt and vinegar on the side. One star down because they forgot my drink. It was also partially my fault for not double checking as I thought it was in my large bag but when I got home they didn't put it in there. The two stars basically went to the fries. The texture was nice as it was fried nicely on the outside but soft on the inside. The seasoning was wonderful, too! The boneless wings were as hard as rock and same goes the for the traditional wings. Flavoring was lovely as well as the side dry rubs (not liquid sauces for these two). It felt like the chicken was re-fried again which was unfortunate. I've tried enough times and they were all hard and too dry. If I ever go back, it will be just for the fries. I personally am a huge fan of Buffalo Wild Wings. I've tried their Insane wings challenge, and sadly failed but this has not stopped me from coming back. My personal favorites include Mango Habanero, Asian Zing, and Jammin Jalapeno. This location in particular has always had friendly staff with a very lively crowd (depending on the games that night). One of the servers actually recommended one of the appetizers, Cheese Curds, which is now one of our go to starters. It can be paired with an aioli and/or a caramel sauce. I would recommend both and the caramel sauce adds a surprising sweetness that compliments the salty cheese well. read more

I rarely write reviews and the ones in the past have been when restaurants exceeded expectations but I was truly disappointed with my experience here so I felt that I should write this. We did take out. I was told the food would be ready at 6:01. I was there, they told me another ten minutes. About another 30 minutes later they told me told me my food is ready, just waiting on the fries. 10 minutes later I told them I don't need the fries, just give me the food because my kid and wife are hungry. I ended up getting the food at 6:54. I live 5 minutes away. I got home, opened the food and they got most the food right but ended up giving me a small frie rather than the large we ordered. They forgot my son's chocolate milk. The food was cold. My wife and I love BWW but we are not likely going to come to this location again. read more

I turned around and swept my arm like Vanna White across the empty building and said really! Paid for my beer and left.
