Hey, this was my first time at this wingstop because I honestly live for wings. Everything was going so well, the guy who took my order was nice and very polite. I'm a big fan of Wingstop and had been going to the WS on Antoine and W Little York until this one recently open. I've been here twice and overall disappointed in the food and service. Its a beautiful location, brand new everything: the decor, lighting, and spacious seating were all brand new. Great feel. The kitchen has a long window so that you can see inside and gives you a good idea of how things are done. The first week it opened it took over +20 minutes to get my order and maybe thats normal. My cajun wings weren't tossed in the Cajun seasoning, but caked on, as in all the seasoning was just dumped on and put into the bag. I figure they're still working out the kinks and I'll just brush off the extra. Last time I came in late, there were only 2 people ahead of me and their food was already being prepared. It took +35 minutes to get my food, and the girl didnt even bother to let us know. I'm a very patient person and because I was sitting / standing in front of the window by the kitchen where I could see them and they could see me I figured they would bring out my food or at least let us know it was completed JUST LIKE the couple sitting across the way from us who got their food before us. Finally when we got up to check up on our order, we noticed a bag ready, we figured it belong to another order even though no one was there (phone order?). We looked inside and noticed nothing was cooking and was alarmed, did they forget us? The girl looked a us strangely and said your order is ready, as if she was surprised? We took our food and left. The girl quickly followed us to close the door behind us, about the only thing she did quickly (10:30 PM) Notes: Lax employee etiquette: It appeared that friends of the workers were there when we arrived, one young gentleman walked behind a counter to get himself a cup to drink from the soda machine. He was not an employee but did let the girl know he was helping himself. Poor phone call response: As we were waiting for her to take our order, she had multiple phone calls. All calls went several rings (like 6-8) before she answered "please hold". Dirty tables: It was very slow when we came in and only 1 couple were sitting. We randomly sat down at a table, I put my arms down and quickly found that the tables hadn't been wiped. My new shirt was covered in WS seasoning. Overall, I would suggest that you call in ahead if you wish to take your business here. Dont assume that because they took a long time to answer your call that they're extremely busy, just indifferent neglect. read more

Very impressed with this location ! Very clean , staff was nice and helpful. The wings were good. Water was good. I stopped going to wingstop because of the bad service and the food was not good anymore. But I really liked this location and it's also spacious so I was able to bring my daughter in with a stroller. read more

The wings were hot and fresh. So were the fries. The place was clean with big tvs to watch sports. The only downside was it took about 15-20 minutes for my food to come out. Next time I'll call ahead and place the order. read more

This Wingstop is clean, fast, and offers great customer service! I have never been to a Wingstop with a friendly and attentive staff such as this one. I ordered a wing combo online and my order was perfect. Extra crispy flats with extra seasoning on the fries just the way I like it. This is the first time I have actually received what I wanted the way I wanted it. This is my new location. The others should visit this store for training purposes. P.S.- this is a prime spot for sporting events. Their TV is a large flat screen and they have other TVs for viewing minor events as well. read more

We ordered from them last night. And when we checked the order, there were 2 orders of chicken tenders missing. My boyfriend brought it to the cooks attention, and the cook kept asking him are you sure it wasn't in the bag? It seems as if he was accusing us of lying or hiding the tenders. There are 4 fries and only 2 entrees! We opened it right in front of you! What are you suggesting?? His eyes seemed red and he couldn't comprehend well. Never going back! read more

I will never come to this location again, they may have ruined me ever going to wings top again. I placed an order for pickup, a famiky pack of 50, when I got home me and my family started to dig in when we realized the wings were raw. Mind you I'm 7 months pregnant and it is very unhealthy for me to eat anything raw. By the time we realized it my 7 year old son and us band had already eaten a whole one. I called the restaurant and the cashier said he would redo the whole order and it would be ready in 30 minutes. We got back to the restaurant 30 minutes later hoping to pickup or wings, only to wait an hour for our replacement order. The cashier apologized for the situation and said it was because they were short handed and very busy. I'm sorry but it doesn't matter how busy you are the quality of your food should not be compromised because of it. I asked who the manager was in the cashier pointed to her, her name is ana Solorzano. I asked to speak to her twice and she would not come speak to me. The cashier handed me coupons for 15 free wings for a later visit. I said this was completely unacceptable and did not appreciate that the manager refused to even speak to me he said she was too busy. He then comped my meal, but what angers me the most is that the manager never even came out to speak to me, apologize , or make sure that me and my family were okay since we were served raw chicken, she could clearly see me and hear me asking for her but she never came. This was completely unacceptable and I'm so disappointed in my visit there. Worst Wings Stop in the area, I just bought 100 wings and they were dry oily, it was to go and they we were missing the veggies and ranch.
