I don't trust reviews very much, and this is a perfect example. I love their wings. Every time I have been in my wings are hot and fresh, cooked to perfection and they don't short you on the sauce. It takes time to cook good food, I wait for my order an average of 15--20 minutes. I like the location, and we live 40 minutes or so away so that is saying a lot. Hopefully they add a new sauce or two in the future however, there are plenty to choose from. I love the atomic and original hot. Maybe bump up the heat a notch with the next sauce they choose to release. 6 star worthy in my eyes and I have eaten hot wings more than any other food in my 30 years on the planet. If I could give 0 stars I would. I've had issues with this place in the past, but today was the icing on the cake. I placed an online order at 9:42. The email said it would be ready around 9:59. It was not ready at 9:59.. when I arrive they find my order and I pay. Let it be noted the cashier was wearing headphones while talking to me. They did not start preparing the food till I got there. Many faces came in and out before I got my food. At one point the cashier was dancing around the kitchen listening to music, but I still had no food. There were many orders ready just sitting on the rack for a while getting cold. One of which was mine. Yes, they forgot to give me the food even though I was sitting right there. I guess Nichelle was busy dancing and forgot about me. B-dubs simply has the better wings if you're into traditional. If you like boneless you might like these. I tried the tenders here with the Atomic sauce. I just used the wing stop app to place a to go order of boneless wings, regular fries and cheese fries. The order was said to be ready in twenty minutes (not bad at all), when I arrived to pick up my order thirty minutes later it wasn't ready then when it was it wasn't right. The "kid" working the register was lost and seemed scared to talk to the customers. We haven't ordered from the Huntsille location in almost two years because the last several times we ordered online, we had to wait even though we got there after it was supposed to be ready. The last time took the cake. The order was wrong, so I drove back, told the guy at the counter the order was wrong, and he said he would get the manager. The guy that turned out to be the manager that night couldn't come right away because he was outside smoking. Then I had to wait while he milled around the kitchen and then took out some trash. Don't ever count on your food to be ready when they say. I called at 8:05 to place an order, they said 10 minutes so I got up and left. I got there at 8:30 expecting my food to be ready, they hadn't even started cooking it yet! So I pick one of the two clean tables to sit at because the others all still had food left on them from previous customers. Finally at 8:50 I got my wings.. Food is fantastic! Customer service is CRAP! Would've been 5 stars if they could get their shit together! Called to place order, guy answered and said "Wingstop hold on." They were just joking around in the back. The guy cooking was at work in some basketball shorts and slippers, real professional. I went into Wingstop last night to pick up for my husband and began to worry because it was so busy I had no idea when I was going to get my food I waited a few minutes and a younger African American girl walks in and immediately goes to the kitchen to wash her hands and starts moving. From my seat I see it's twins they're two African American females working like car engine their communication was fast and straight to the point as soon as they got working on orders the lines were getting shorter and people were getting there wings in under 10 mins, I don't know who they are but those twins look like they have SUPER twin powers LOLOLOL! I entered the Huntsville, TX Wing Stop about 30-40 mins before closing and ordered a 8 pcs bone end wing meal with half/half(Lemon Pepper/Louisiana Rub). After arriving to my hotel and preparing to eat my wings, I noticed they were greasy(as if they through the grease on top of the wings and failed to drain them). I also noticed, they appeared to not be fully cooked from the outside. I also noticed, the Louisiana Rub had very little sauce on them. I called back to the store and spoke with a young lady name Grace, and I shared my complaint with her in reference to my wings. She apology and asked, when can I come back to store for a remake order. My response back was, the next day and what time do y'all open. She stated, we open at 11. I responded back, I'll be there by then. She never asked for my name(which I'm accustoming to mangers asking that so they can put your name down in remake order book). The next day, I called the store and spoke with a young lady name Gracie(which I find out later was the mgr on duty that day)and informed her of my conversation the night before with Grace in reference to a remake order. Gracie began to ask me question in ref to my receipt and I informed her I didn't have it but I knew my amount was $10.81 and around the time I purchase the wings(I'm thinking they should have a system like other places where they can pull up the receipt). So, Gracie agree to make the wings and I informed her I'll be there in about 10-15 mins to pick up the remake order. As I entered the store it was 2 more customers in there and Gracie gives me a hard time stating she talked to Grace and I didn't have no meal and something to the fact that I only paid $7.00 or something. I ask her to call Grace so I can speak to her. Grace and I was going back and forth on the phone in ref to my remake order, in my mind, I'm thinking, does it take all of this just for a $10 meal it's not worth it. So, Gracie remade my wings only and then she accused me in front of customers of taking a cup. My reply back was, Ma'am, really, do you think I would take a cup and I came in with this cup. I'm like you can roll your cameras back and see I came in with this cup. My sister came in after I informed her of what happen and she asked Gracie who is the General Mgr and her phone number. She told my sister she couldn't give her phone number out but she can call the number on the wall. My sister also asked Gracie, so, you're saying my sister(which is me)took a cup and you do have camera where you can see. Gracie replied back, I'm only going by what my employee told me. So my sister asked the other employee(young lady) what was her name and she refused to give her name. My sister informed Gracie that she will be contacted the General Mgr of that store. Their behavior was unacceptable and unprofessional. I felt humiliated, embarrassed and it's like adding a insult to an injury. It's like been wounded without repair from one incident to the next. I am a woman of integrity and character who strive daily to live up to who I am and had no reason to be treated in this kind of manner. I left there furious and in disbelief that a company of this caliper would have people in position to carry on in this type of manner is ridiculous and I wouldn't recommend no one to this establishment. I came to patronize this establishment and could've went else where like Buffalo Wild Wings but I chose to eat here with no expectation to be treated and belittle in such manner. Their managers/staff need to be trained how to handle customers and how to meet the need of the customer in a professional manner. Maybe a Cultural of Trust training is needed also. read more
