These are the best wings in Jackson. Better than buffalo wild wings. Always have that fresh taste. And at a reasonable price.

We chose this place for a lunch provided by a drug rep. They staff was very rude including the manager. They wanted to ring up all the orders individual and got an attitude when she asked them to combine them. They watched her make numerous trips to her car without offering to help her. None of the orders were labeled. We had to open each one up and try and figure out which was which and what belonged to each person. Those were the smallest, saddest "boneless wings" I have ever seen. Stingy with the sauce as well. Our office will never order from here again and I'll never eat there again. read more

I love wing stop. Much better wings than b dubs. This location is clean and the worker's all seem pleasant. Monday is 50c boneless so if you do that and add fires and a drink it is cheaper than the combo. This location has good ice tea. A plus for somone who drinks un sweet. read more

Don't call in to place your order. They don't pick up the phone. Don't go there to order in person after you've tried to call because it will just piss you off when you see there are only 2 people are eating inside and the crew is standing around talking. The customer service here is the worst service I have ever experienced in a restaurant. The staff will get your order wrong and make you wait 30-45 mins to receive your order. You may think calling ahead would negate the terrible service but their phone line has been down for almost 3 weeks now and they don't allow online ordering at this location so there is no way to win at this terrible restaurant. read more

I ordered online and the process was simple and easy. The food was ready at the scheduled time and the quality was just as expected. Overall great experience. The only downfall I had was within myself. You see, unknowingly at the time of purchase and consumption, I found out I had Irritable bowel syndrome. I ate 15 classic style wings with atomic hot sauce and chased the delicious burning taste down with 7 beers. My appetite was satisfied and I was peacfully relaxing in my lawn chair on the front porch of my double wide when only 30 minutes after this delicious meal I was hit with an extreme pain in my abdomen. Remember my mention of IBS? Well this is where it gets complicated... The pain was so severe that I instantly broke out in a clod sweat, my hands felt clammy, and I started to lose consciousness. I yelled for for my sister, Della Clare, to give me aid. She was no where to be found so I then realized that I was on my own to recover. My next thought was that I needed a beer. So, I gathered the strength to get up from my lawn chair and as I stood up the loudest, most obnoxiously gross sound came out of my rectum. Basically I farted. In an instance I felt relief and soon was able to function as a normal human again. This was a scary moment but I was glad that was over. At least that's what I thought. As I walked over to my beer cooler, I bent down, and like a heard of elephants rushing through the plains of Africa the pain in my stomach came back. This time with a vengeance! I had no time to think. No time to move. And, no time to comprehend what was about to happen to me on my porch. I slowly stood up and pushed firmly to release some bodily gas but instead a massive amount of fire like wetness engulfed my pants. I was at a loss of words. What had just happened to me? Well, sadly to say the wetness in my pants was actually feces and again, as previously stated, my sister, Della Clare, was unavailable to help me. I gathered my thoughts and slowing stumbled to the back of the trailer where I had to derobe and wash myself down in the pitbull's kennel. I must say that the ice cold water was a much needed relief to my agony, but in my moment of temporary comfort I forgot the most important thing. I live in a trailer park and have no privacy in my back yard. I am now facing multiple charges including public intoxication and indecent exposure. Not to mention the public humiliation of crapping my pants in public. These unfortunate events are not a result of WingStop, but I think that other customers should be warned in the future. read more

This Wing Stop used to be good, but it has turned to garbage. They no longer have any sides except for fries and celery/carrots (they formerly had cole-slaw, potato salad, baked beans, etc). They didn't have sweet tea as they were out of sugar, no paper towels in the bathroom, sticky floors, the wings took a very long time. The one thing I will say, is the wings were still great, which is what saves this from a one star review. read more

This was the worst experience I have ever had at a restaurant. I literally made a Yelp account just to warn people of this place. When me and my fiancé walked in the man at the cash register that did not great us with a hello, welcome, kiss my butt, or anything. So, strike 1 but not that big of a deal I can brush off people who clearly hate their jobs. Strike two came with receiving the food. So we got our food and my fiancé was upset at himself because he says he forgot to order boneless wings and I look down at my order and I clearly remember saying boneless. The reason I remember is because this was my first time ever at Wingstop and I wanted boneless. So strike 2 but also not that big of a deal because I am okay with original wings. However, when I took a bite into the first wing it was dryer than the Sahara Dessert. They were awful!! So strike 3... If I could give less than 1 star I would but I can't.
