I stopped in today since I'd never been to a Wingstop before and the fact they're running a 35 year promotion coinciding with a 10pc special. The boneless wings themselves were good, but the two sauces I tried (Dragon's Breath & Volcano Habanero) were both underwhelming in both heat and flavor. Very average taste, and while spiciness is somewhat subjective, when Pizza Hut has hotter wings, something just isn't right. Walked in with a kind greeting from the woman behind the counter. It was my first time trying wing stop so it took a moment to decide what I wanted. She was patient and nice after we ordered. My sister and I ordered the 10 piece combo to share with half garlic Parmesan and half lemon pepper (both dry rubs) with fries and a soda. The fries were a mix for me, a little over salted. I prefer those really soft and warm fries compared to hard/crispy fries and there were a mix of both. When the wings came out, I noticed we got 12 wings instead of 10. I'm not sure it was because we were friendly or if they messed up, but I wasn't going to complain or take it back haha. The garlic Parmesan... had sprinkled Parmesan on it... I wasn't sure if that was the only thing that made it "Parmesan". It tasted okay as a dry rub but I don't think it was garlicky enough for me. The lemon pepper however was on point with seasoning and had a great bite to them inside and outside. The sad part was that I felt like these wings were on the smaller size compared to other wing places. I could finish a wing or drumstick in two to three bites, and I don't take small bites haha. Stopped in to get some wings. Monday &Tuesday is $.60 boneless wings day. There's about 9 different flavors you can add, but only 2 flavors you can choose from unless your getting 12 or more pcs. The side sauces like ranch, BBQ, etc are $.91 each which is too expensive but if you get a meal it's included. The wings were a little over cooked in my opinion, they lacked the flavors and felt it was under seasoned. We ordered the garlic Parmesan it was made poorly because nothing about it scream garlic or Parmesan it was more like sprinkle or Parmesan and toss with garlic. That didn't sit well with me. The fries were salty and just dry. The dining room had so much plates and tray laying around. There's no designated trash to put them. Seriously you eat and just leave your mess, there's no one that comes through and removed them. Wasn't a great first time experience for me, I think I'd just stick with BWW instead. read more

Searching for dinner on a Saturday night before a sold out Thunderbirds hockey game in Kent is a struggle. After 45 minute waits at all of the restaurants, we decided to hit up Wingstop, as my parents have never been here and my boyfriend and I have frequented the one in Renton. Very small place. Room for about 2 people in line before you are out the door. It was pretty busy, but we were able to swoop a table up quickly.There are maybe 10-15 tables in the place. A few TV's around, usually playing football. They told us when we ordered that it would take about 15 minutes, and it took just about that long. My parents ordered bone in wings, half Hawaiian and half Teriyaki with the veggie sticks. They really enjoyed them. The veggie sticks portion was very small. We got the boneless wings, half Louisiana Rub and half Garlic Parmesan, with fries. Both were alright, very, very, very heavy on the Parmesan though. My boyfriend LOVES their fries but I find them rather disgusting; so salty I had to chug my drink down after one. Kinda soggy too. It's confusing why this specific location is so bad compared to the other Wingstops I've been to. I order here a lot because it's the closest place for wings, not because it's the best. They get my order wrong probably 3/5 times, so definitely always double check your order. Make sure you do not let them put salt on your fries, salt them yourself. Whoever trained these fry makers must have shown them to just dunk the fries in a vat of salt. Super slow service even when there's nobody there so don't get excited if you walk in and the place is empty, you're still going to wait. Every wing I've tried has been over seasoned, so be prepared to be scraping sauce and seasoning off your wings when you sit down to eat them. I am sad to write this review, as their wings are my absolute favorite. The management on all levels is horrible!! Customer service is highly impersonable and slow. Orders promised at pick up times are consistently 10-20 mins late. My last order was given a pickup time of 3pm and when I arrived at 320 was informed it would be a couple hours longer. I did not receive an update on pickup time on the app until 330 (after I left) I requested a refund and the manager said she was unable to do so in the restaurant. I order 30 wings, 10 Parmesan, 10 Mango Habanero & 10 Louisiana dry rub. The Mango Habanero isn't as flavorful as BWW or even remotely hot. The Parmesan and LA dry rub, had very little or no flavor, so I probably won't be getting those again. These are good for people who like naked wings. I mean it's wings, there not bad, but nothing spectacular, but the prices are little bit cheaper than BWW. Overall for a quick wing fix, it was nice to order online and get your food. When I got there, it wasn't ready yet, but only waited a couple minutes longer. This is just a wing place, so not going to get your big screen TV's and all your football games like BWW, as I said it's for quick wing fix only. This was my 2nd time, didn't leave any lasting impressions. This a good place for wings. I've been here literally 50 times for lunch and the staff has always been polite when I've come in. The wings and fries are awesome; not crazy about the boneless personally though. If you are in a hurry at lunch, order through their phone app; never had an issue but it will take 18 mins for the wings to be ready. I order before I leave work and they are ready when I get there.
