I had a very disappointing experience at Wingstop on Clinton Highway. The black younger heavier woman with glasses taking orders was extremely unprofessional. I stood at the counter waiting while she was focused on texting on her phone and did not acknowledge me for an extended period. When she finally spoke, she simply asked, "Are you ordering?" and then continued looking at her phone throughout the interaction. Her attitude came across as rude and uninterested in helping customers. The restaurant itself was also not clean. The drink station was dirty, the cola machine appeared unclean, and the floors were sticky throughout the dining area. While there were several employees working, there seemed to be a lack of teamwork and professionalism. At one point, an employee was loudly yelling "Give me a second!" across the restaurant to another team member, creating an uncomfortable atmosphere for customers. Overall, the combination of poor customer service, employee distractions, and cleanliness issues made for a very negative experience. I will be hesitant to return unless significant improvements are made. read more

Usually, I love Wingstop, but this one doesn't seem to know what they are doing. Most things are overcooked. You will have an insanely long wait (probably 30 minutes or more), and the service was terrible when I went there. Definitely pass on this Wingstop!!! read more

Love Wingstop but went to this location and 11:10 p.m., and we were basically told they couldn't serve us and to leave. There were no other customers at the store, we were the only people there when we drove up, but the woman working there said they couldn't serve us because they were slammed and it would take 45 minutes to make our order. Don't know who all those orders were for as no one was there. The worker then locked the door behind us so no one else could go into the store. It's not like we showed up there five minutes before they were closing. There were also two other workers outside. One sitting in a chair outside on his phone and another running in and out of his car. This location used to be very good. Not sure what happened. The sign outside says they're open until midnight. We were craving wings and we stopped in to try this chain out. We had the special that consisted of 15 wings, two drinks and an order of fries. We tried the mild traditional sauce and got a side of ranch and blue cheese. The wings were cooked fresh, were steamy hot and a decent size. The sauce was flavorful and we were stuffed! The wings and fries are fantastic, but expect to wait a while. Usually I order on the app and it says 20ish minutes, and I'm usually waiting in-store for another 15-20 after the quoted time. Walk-ins are told anywhere from 35 minutes to an hour wait for the food. I've only been between 11:30-1:30 any day of the week and it's always like this. Fries were indeed slightly sweet with some other more complex spicing. Bleu cheese dressing really lacked any cheese flavor. They then made us wait 45 minutes for our food and when we got it we were missing 3 meals of our order and then proceeded to tell us it wasn't on our order. Terrible service. We waited 45 minutes for a 5 piece tender meal for. After 32 minutes my companion went to the register to find out why we have already waited for more than 30 minutes. Garlic Parmesan wings were cooked to perfection and the cajun ones were aswell. Received my wings in 5-10 minutes at lunch time. Young man came out checked on how it was going, super good energy and we will be coming back in september for the chicken sandwich he told us about. Worst service ever. Ordered, our check never got sent to the kitchen. We waited 30 minutes and asked for an update on our food. The cashier printed a new receipt and gave it to the kitchen with no apology whatsoever. It took 45 minutes to get 2 combo meals. I had a small order that I placed online and the estimated time was 16-21 minutes. We got to the restaurant about 30 minutes later and our food wasn't ready. That's not a problem so I waited for my order. I quickly realized 4 other customers in front of me were also waiting for their online order. I glanced to the kitchen and saw almost all the employees on their phones, laughing, and generally not working. Only one employee was filling all the orders. The girl at the front taking orders was very rude and acted like she wanted to be anywhere but working. She actually answered the phone for a carry out order and said "wing stop, what do you want". A customer before me got his order and asked if his dipping sauces were inside the bag and the girl rolled her eyes and said "well what sauces do you want". Overall I was very sad to see how little respect the staff had for the customers (except for that one employee that was working very hard trying to pick up the slack). We ended up getting our order 30 minutes later than expected. It would've been fine if the staff hadn't been so disappointing. read more
