The pork belly was incredible- the best we've ever had. Tender, soft, rich, and a generous portion. Plenty of leftovers there. My enlightened bowl felt extremely healthy and fresh. I felt like a horse in a pasture. I stole many bites of pork. I might suggest adding a protein besides the salmon crumbles (it comes with those, but think tuna packet texture).
