Not sure why this establishment / franchise has low stars. To me, it's about level setting your expectations. I will say that the boneless chicken nugget quality could be better. They are definitely frozen but the quality is decent. At Wingstop, it's all about the quality and quantity of the sauce. Offshoot, go for the Hawiaan if you like slightly exotic tastes, the lemon pepper if you're more baseline, the mango habanero if you like exotic spice, or the mild or hot if you are standard. NOTE THE SAUCE PORTIONS ARE GENEROUS. I ordered 3 sauces of Hawaiian, lemon pepper, habanero, hot, mild, thinking the sauces were the size of hot / med sauces at a taqueria. I was wrong. I even ordered larger portions of ranch and blue cheese and they were HUGE. I would recommend 1-2 standared sauces per 10 wings and 1-2 standard sauces of ranches or blue cheese. Keep it minimal. Wingstop is good for parties, or togo small family meals. This is not a romantic date night spot. Don't order Wingstop and watch Mean Girls with your date along with a bottle of wine. In truth, I'd give this a 4.5 if half pints were possible. I've been to this location a handful of times, and all other experiences were maybe 3.5, as the service was pretty basic. It's hard to flop on the food from one location to the next, but I've had a few instances where ordering over the phone was interesting to say the least. The gaps between what was said and what' was input as my order are quite comical. Tonight though, there is a young lady who made the service experience refreshing. She wasn't transactional or short with me, she was pleasant and engaged. I told her that she was very wonderful human to have encountered tonight, especially considering that it's just after 11pm. My only wish, for the interaction this evening, is that she would've told me her name when I gave her mine for the order, so that I could properly boast about her here. Either way, if I were the manager, I'd back track the schedule to see who was on register, and make sure I'm giving her the maximum hours within her position and availability, because she's a great addition for your location. Nothing really against this specific location but I don't get how Wingstop has so many locations. It was my first time trying wingstop. We got the chicken tenders combo which comes with 3-4 tenders, fries and a drink. I got the Cajun seasoning. The tenders were not crispy at all and there was very little cajun spice. It was mostly just buffalo sauce flavor. The fries had good potato flavor but they were also a little sweet? So off-putting. I've never had sweet fries and I did not enjoy it. read more

I empathize with the team members during these busy times, especially with promotions like T-Mobile Tuesday, which can be challenging. However, my experience today was disappointing due to the lack of friendliness from the team. I placed my order at 6:17 PM and didn't receive the correct and complete order until 7:36 PM. Around 6:50 PM, I politely asked the front cashier if my order was being worked on, but both he and another team member (a lady with facial piercings) ignored me. After scolding her colleague, she rushed me off and told me they were working on my order. My order was finally called at 7:27 PM, but I was still waiting at the pickup window for an additional three minutes. When I asked for an extra ranch, the team member told me it was already included. I requested another, given the long wait and poor customer service, and was met with a scowl before it was added to my bag. Whole time, once I got to my car, I realized I hadn't received my beverage! So I had to go back to the store and wait another 3 minutes to get it. In addition to the service issues, the overall ambiance was tense and disorganized. People were waiting around aimlessly for their names to be called, and it was hard for others to place orders in-person. I also noticed that some individuals who ordered in person received their orders sooner than those who ordered online (like myself), which seemed a bit unfair. That being said, I ordered the Three Garlic Parmesan Tenders Combo, which was delicious and fresh. It was very well prepared, and you can't take away from that experience--it was the only highlight of my visit. The team did their big one in preparing the food, but the service and organization needed significant improvement, no shade. It was not ready when I came in, and I had to wait an additional ten minutes. The staff was apologetic and made sure my order was packed nicely once it was finished. Out of their 12 flavors, I chose Hawaiian, original hot and mild. For the dips, I selected ranch. The estimated wait time was completely off and I had to wait an extra 20 minutes. =FOOD= Wings came lukewarm with soggy skin. *Fries: limp and unseasoned. Didn't taste fried. Please add salt. Came in a small plastic tray. *Ranch: average. *Veggie Sticks: small portion of carrots and celery for 30 wings. They were crunchy and fresh though. *Hot: not spicy. Could have used some more kick since it resembled buffalo sauce. Still the best of the three. *Mild: barely coated in sauce. Oily with remnants of buffalo sauce. I can't tell if the base sauce itself was lacking in flavor or it was so poorly made that not enough sauce made it onto the wing. Probably both. *Hawaiian: was going for a tangy Asian inspired profile but came out as a one note sweet sauce. This location is in small business lot and parking can sometimes be tight but usually I'm able to get a spot. It seems like they use this location for training because whenever I go there are usually 8+ employees there and it's a big wave of greetings into the store. We are happy to have a bit more variety within walking distance. We have been twice already and while they still seem to be working out the kinks, they are overall what you'd expect. I like the lemon pepper flavor, and we have also tried the habanero, original, Cajun dry rub, and Korean. Also the ranch and honey mustard dips, which were both quite tasty. The first time the fries were absolutely awful: soggy limp and dense. I'm also not a fan of the default seasoning which is slightly sweet. The next time we got them well done and they were good. Much better! Turns out you can get them with any of the powdered flavors instead so that's nice. The first time the chicken was tender and juicy, but then second time they were a bit more dry and a bit rubbery. Also, the second time mine were sitting in a pool of oil (butter?). The first time we went we got two combos and the bill ended up close to $40. Second time we got a combo and added on wings (plus 5 boneless wings with a coupon from the last visit) and it was less than $20 and was plenty of food. So we're still figuring this place out.
