I always come to this wingstop because they make the wings the best. I was very disappointed last Friday when I came in. When I walked in there was about 15 angry guest waiting for their food. They were obviously very busy. Luckily I called my order in, but I still waited 30 minutes in the store (plus 20 from the time I called the order in). This isn't even the worst part. I get home and as I'm eating, I feel something hard in my mouth. I spit out all my food and find A PIECE OF GLASS!!!!!!!!!! I was so DISGUSTED I threw all of my food away. I will never eat at this establishment again this could have choked me or scratched my throat, ANYTHING!!! I don't understand how a piece of GLASS ends up in somebody's food. So this Wingstop has been in the neighborhood for awhile now, and I have only recently (in the last month) decided to give them a shot. I have only ordered through DoorDash so I cannot comment on their customer service. When it comes to everything else... I love it! My family and I have ordered from here 3 times in the last month. We always order the Original Hot and K BBQ flavors. We have also tried the Garlic Parmesan, Cajun, and Lemon Pepper flavors. The first two flavors are our favorite though! The first time we ordered, we ordered Extra Crispy. They were DEFINITELY extra crispy, so know if you like them that way that there is NO doubt they will be crispy enough for you! We also ordered the VooDoo Fries. They are delicious! They are tossed in Cajun spice seasoning, topped with a good amount of their cheese sauce & drizzled with ranch. The fries themselves are legit - they don't taste super processed and you can actually taste potato when you eat them. We ordered their Large Ranch to make sure we had enough, and it was huge. We had at least half of the container leftover after enjoying 20 wings & the fries. The next time we ordered we tried out the same bone-in wing combo, but also decided to try the boneless wings with Lemon Pepper. That sauce was a tad salty but tasty. I wonder if it would be better on a traditional wing... We also have the Fried Corn a try! On DoorDash you have 3 options to season them with and we went with the Cajun (of course). I think I almost like them as a side option over the fries! They are perfect "bites" of fried corn on the cob and delicious with some ranch. After the few times we have ordered delivery, they have NEVER missed an item or messed up our order. Price wise these wings are pretty comparable to other wing restaurants maybe a little cheaper - I suggest them over others based on their consistency and good portions! read more

It's not even the employees fault, they're probably barely paid anything and management most likely nowhere to be found. I come to this location all the time and have never had anything wrong with my food. Tonight was a bit different, I ordered the all in bundle like always. When I checked my food out the wings and Frieda were all hard, old and reheated as well as my voodoo fries. The wings and fries were so hard we had to throw it all away. What a waste of money. When we first came in we had to wait a while till we were helped but Maria was very nice and took our order. While we were waiting a man came in and was chatting with Maria and leaning over the counter the whole time while she was trying to make our food they even kissed over the counter. Our order was originally 6 original all flats mild with carrots and celery, 6 boneless Hawaiian, 6 original all flats hickory smoked bbq, a large ranch, and an order of the fried corn. What we received was 25 naked boneless wings, 6 naked flats, the bbq flats (which was correct), three sides of fries, no ranch, no corn, no carrots and celery. We noticed the missing veggies and corn and let Maria know and she did help us out with that but once we got home we realized the whole order was wrong. Wings were lacking sauce and the sauce they did have was mostly soaked up by the paper lining the wings container. And the "hot" sauce it was mild at best. Do yourself a favor and AVOID this Wingstop location. We placed an online order and was notified the order would be ready in 17-22 mins. Arrived there 20 mins later and was told our order wasn't ready, and that the wings just needed to be sauced. No problem. I sat there for a good 15-20 mins, (no they were not busy) with a direct view of the prep/kitchen area watching my order being prepped and bagged... let's just say another dime will not be spent here. The employee who told me my order wasn't ready was the same employee who was bagging my order as well as prepping the fries. He kept touching his face and nose, extremely slow moving with had no sense of urgency or customer service. By the time I received my food, got in the car and drove home, literally a 3 min drive our food was lukewarm, and fries were extremely salty and soggy. I came in at around 10:30pm on a Sunday. Customer service is lacking, to say the least. We ordered our food to be picked up 45 minutes after our order. When we arrived, the food was not ready. We waited for 45 more minutes inside the store, watching customers walk in, order to dine-in, eat and leave. There were several people waiting for to-go orders for extended periods of time. Employees never once explained that they were overwhelmed with to-go orders, or thanked the waiting to-go patrons for their patience and understanding. We checked our order when we received it, and it was wrong. After employees corrected the order, we had invested over 1.5 hours of our time. The food was delicious, which earned the two stars. I've been here a few times and I think I need find a different Wingstop. Almost every time I've been there's something wrong with my order. I've ordered extra well done fries that were definitely the floppy soggy texture and not well done, I've received the wrong flavors, and most recently I got shorted wings twice. The last time i went I was shorted two wings and one of the flavors was wrong and although they were ok with giving me what I was owed, I didn't go back. They aren't the closest so it's inconvenient and it's ridiculous that there's that many mistakes. The cooks really need to get their stuff together. So I'd like to start with our children's education come first. When our kids apply for work these businesses are aware of that. The problem that I have with this location is my child was working at this location. He graduated and they know he had graduation. When he requested off he was told that they would not be able to schedule him any days if he didn't come in,which means YOU'RE fired basically... I'm sure they aren't allowed to do that which is why I'm writing this review. Also I have a daughter who has Lupus my son requested the day off a month in advance so he could support his sister.. she has a non- profit organization and she does a lupus walk and she's been battling this disease since she was 18 years old she is now 28 and turns 29 in July. My son put in the day off a month in advance and they still put him down. Maybe they thought this was okay because he was a student but this is not acceptable to these kids out here trying to work and go to high school. Anyone who doesn't want a kid to enjoy graduation or support a sister with a autoimmune disease has a problem. Not to mention they would only schedule him for two days. Which wasn't even gas money. I have a daughter that worked at another location which has closed down but they would give her the same two days and only four hours. I made her quit because she's a great worker and they acted like she owed them something. Don't hire these kids if you don't want to pay them or even treat them with a little respect. I was disappointed when my son came to me and told me what they had told him. We are proud of him for graduating and Wing stop it's your loss. I pray you guys treat your student employees better than this in the future... my son has no job because he chose his graduation that he asked to be off for and was told they can't give him any days if he didn't show... Shame On You!!!!!! What message does this send to other students who would like to work and go to school.
