Ranch from Wingstop is a MUST. I don't know what it is but they have the BEST Ranch. The service is here isn't the best but I still order from here because it is close to home . At 11:15pm we were told "It's 11:20, we only make boneless wings at this time" Stop saying you are open until midnight. Your kitchen closes at 11pm. The wings literally stop at 11pm, because no one can stay later than midnight. This might be the worst Wingstop location in SoCal. Online ordering is a joke at THIS specific location (even when using the Wingstop app). I understand that they need to take precautions with all the scamming that's going on with the online orders. I have no problem proving I am who I am, but they could at least have the food ready. Instead they choose to wait for you to show up and then they decide to start cooking your order. This has happened every single time I've ordered here, and to make it worst this happens even when you order for delivery on DoorDash. So most time the Dasher is just waiting at the restaurant for the order to be ready. To top it off service isn't great and the employees seem to have no sense of how to treat a customer. I recommend taking the trip to the Wingstop by the Puente Hills Mall at least they understand how to deal with online orders. read more

The chicken was dry and both of them were really salty. The original hot flavor was weird, because the sauce made the chicken look dry, unlike the bbq sauce, but it wasn't necessarily a dry rub either. It was like they only put enough drops of hot sauce to barely coat the chicken. The fries were pretty good, and they do give you a lot of them. The large size is way better for sharing. I went to this location opened up the box at the store and was surprised to see how much smaller they were. I showed the workers and they acknowledged that even the tenders were not the same size as each other as I had ordered multiple but they refused to replace them for me. After back and forth i just went home as they wouldn't do anything for me. I took a bit of one of them and realized how flat and small the meat there was in some of them. I'm pretty sure it was not a tender for those pieces but rather chicken breast cut up. Funny thing is a couple day prior my sister also got the tenders and was given 3 instead of 2 but they were tiny, almost like nugget sized. Those most definitely proved my suspicion that they are not tenders but rather white meat cut up. the 3 pieces no where near makes up for 2 full sized tenders. So I come back with the receipt to show her that I in fact did order it and they were charged so where were they at.
