Good but when process through kiosk. No receipt given by kiosk. I tried first time supreme Burrito being toasted. Better not to next time. Burrito shrank. Bell Grande Nacho was good family like & the Luxe Classic was great with the combo deal. What was Great was different Luxe deal especially the Luxe Classic start from $5.99 & up. Not good no receipt printed up. And when my Supreme Burrito toasted shrank. Was not enough to be satisfied:( Next time best to choice from the Luxe Combo meal deal might get a little more satisfied. read more

I have been on a health kick for the past four months, and I have been eating relatively healthy. Tonight, I decided to eat like a beast because I was extremely hungry! I had not eaten since 900 am, and I decided to stop at this DelTaco at 900 pm. I know what you are thinking, "poor him" :) I observed the drive-thru to be very busy (nine cars in front of me in line). I rolled the dice and entered the line, hoping that the service would be good and the line would move pretty quickly. Was I wrong! The line moved more slowly than a snail going up a hill in sand. Wow! This line was not moving, and the problem is that once you are in line, you are done. You have no choice but to wait and wait and wait some more, which is what happened to me. This was all before I even arrived to the section of the line where you place your order with someone on the other end who is constantly asking, "anything else? Anything else?". This line took FOREVER, well not really but you understand. It was a very slow moving line. I thought I had lost my appetite as a result of the long wait but I still went ahead and placed my order, one bean burrito with no cheese, three chicken soft tacos, one med drink and bcos I was using the Taco Bell app, I also received a free Doritos shell taco. I guess I didn't lose my appetite as I ate every single item and silly me. After I finished every single item, I took a peek in the bag hoping that they tossed in an extra taco or burrito my mistake bcos I was ready to go to town on that item as well. WOW!! this location is consistently giving me fantastic food and great service. sometimes they can take a while and i don't mind because my order is exact or better almost every time. everything is always so hot and fresh and is made with all of the adjustments i request on the app. i really do appreciate this taco bell. i always try going to other taco bell's and then i'm reminded how consistent this location is. they will consistently get my order right and service is amazing. i very strongly recommend coming to this taco bell over just about every other location. they're so nice here, the location is clean and the food is made right and is fresh! read more

I have been to this Taco Bell multiple times and they never cease to disappoint. They consistently mess up orders, causing me to waste money or have to return for the correct order. I took my kids there last night and ordered on mobile. The app said the order would be done in 5 minutes. As I watched multiple vehicles go thru the drive thru and my order still still showed it was being made, I have up and went inside. I told the employee that we had been waiting 20 minutes for our mobile order. The employee said nothing, had the order made, and gave it to us. No apology or acknowledgement of their poor customer service. Needless to say, I'm done with this taco bell location. read more

They will ignor you. Go to another location. McDonalds has the poorest customer service and the most weird clientele some of whom feel that own they place. Its true they eat 3 meals a day at McDonalds but I would like to get some attention too, or at least not feel that I am invisible. read more

I just left there and I bought 6 tacos and ordered 8 sauces and a Baja blast FREEZE not drink. When I get to the window she hands me a drink and not a freeze and I corrected the worker and they gave it to me. When I get home I find out that not only did I only get 5 SOFT TACOS but THERE WAS NOT A SINGLE SAUCE IN THE BAG! I had no problem with this Taco Bell until now. I'm so done with taco bell. I used to love their chalupas. I ordered 2 chalupas which costed $12 now. And when I bit into it there was almost nothing in it but sour cream and lettuce. I can go to a real restaurant and get real food for cheaper. Not this fake food that used to be worth it for the price. When I opened my chalupa there was only a few little cubes of chicken. So not worth it. I give up on these fast food spots. And I won't let my family go here any more. Just not worth it anymore. read more

(Chicken sandwich taco) I purchased the box with a couple of modifications, I ended up paying $8.00 for the box. Got home to find that they did not follow my request even though they charged me for them. So I guess this is your policy, charge for it but don't do it. Wow, I was astonished by the bad presentation and the ingredients were not convincing. This review is based on my visit yesterday, Thursday at ~1:45am. Customer service: 5/5 The guy working there should be working at an upscale restaurant. I don't have his name, but he had tattoos. He was very professional/polite, greeted me, asked how I was doing, etc. I've NEVER received that kind of greeting at a fast-food restaurant. I also asked for 10 hot sauce packets for 2 cheesy gordita crunch, and there was 10 packets in my order. Not 8 or 9, but all 10. Usually, fast-food restaurant workers get their panties in a bunch on how many sauces they give out when asked for an excessive amount, but this guy gave me all 10 sauces as I asked for so I can enjoy my taco how I want to eat it. Food: 5/5 I don't expect much from FF restaurants when I order food. I'm used to food looking like it just came off a rollercoaster before it was served to me, but the food here was prepared very neatly. All the lettuce, cheese, etc. were evenly spread out and put together nicely. Give this man a raise! I think he was a one-man show at that time as well, which is more impressive. Drive-thru line moved pretty slowly. Order speaker wasn't working properly. Had to order at the first window. I ordered nachos supreme with black beans instead of beef. But they only gave me black beans. They didn't put the refried beans that they also come with. And they didn't tell me when I placed my order they were out of their tortilla chips and substituting different ones (clearly purchased from a grocery store). Pretty disappointing. I just left this Taco Bell at midnight. I ordered the New crispy chicken taco box which came to $7.14. I gave the cashier there a $20 a dime and 4 pennies. He hands me the receipt with $12 cash. I inform him that I gave him $20.14 and that I should get $13. He then told me to park in the front while he checks his drawer. 5 minutes pass and he comes to the door and informs me that his drawer doesn't show extra money. So basically he thinks he's gonna beat me out of a $1 his first mistake was putting on the receipt that I only gave him a $20 which was false. I can't wait to speak to corporate about this. I never thought I had to review a Taco Bell before but I just really had to. We went to the drive-thru at 11: 35pm on a Thursday and the lady taking our order was extremely kind and nice and patient.
