I eat at Waba Grill at least 2-3 times a month. Lately I've been hooked on the chicken tacos. Sometimes it's a little heavy on the slaw, but the Boom Boom sauce and Garlic Serrano sauce is what makes the experience. I often order the value chicken meal. It's a good portion for me after I leave the gym. I think the Waba sauce isn't overly sweet, the chicken is cooked well most of the time, the miso soup is great when it's a cold day, and the side salad with the dressing or even the Ken's ranch is tasty. The salad seems to have changed a little because it used to include cucumber and carrots. I think the workers have always been nice at all locations. read more

I like Waba Grill the food is always good here and the place is clean. They even have a Christmas Tree for the Holidays which I think is super cool! They have such a variety of healthy food which is really great. The one thing I did t really like is the fact that they are no longer putting the sauce in the bowls and when you ask for extra sauce (they come in little packages now) they limit you to 4. So if I order 3 or 4 bowls I'm going to want at least 3/5 packages per bowl. read more

Lack of customer service. Manager being present did not help the situation. No other customer is inside and the manager is just staring. She didn't make the attempt to help at the register. After waiting a 5-8 minutes at the cash register I gave up on waiting for somebody to come take my order so I order through the Kiosk. After receiving my order to go I leave immediately due an appointment. Im about 15 minutes away parked waiting for my appointment about to have my lunch when I notice the order was incorrect. I call in to see if they can give me a refund but manager refuses to. She acknowledges the mistake and says oh yeah I'm sorry I thought I missed something. She then says I physically have to come into to get my refund or get my order fixed. I paid with a credit card.. we're 2024. Simply refund the card and have better customer service. Been to this place twice - first time didn't go well but I decided to give this location another try and as a result, I will no longer come here. I visited this location during COVID and this place does not abide by COVID guidelines as instructed by the State/county/health department. There was a customer inside with no mask - not once did the workers say anything. The cashier/food handler does not wear gloves - she touches the register, is constantly picking up her pants, and touches food with no gloves which I believe is a violation. She wears heavy makeup and looks Asian/ Hispanic. She is also rude as she does not acknowledge people while the line builds up to place an order. No "hi" or "I'll be with you in a minute." The cook is an older Hispanic lady who instead of handling the food and monitoring - she was busy talking to a customer - chit chatting while everyone was waiting for their food. Unfortunately, the customer service is really bad as well as their effort on maintaining the cleanliness of your food and assuring your safety. Think three times before coming here - there's Chipotle and another Waba nearby -- it's worth the drive. read more

I have ordered a chicken plate or bowl, meat and chicken bowl, mini rice bowl, their salads with either shrimp or chicken, the dumplings and chicken and shrimp tacos in the past! Just think about WaBa makes my mouth water. I usually get the beef veggie bowl while my mom gets the chicken veggie bowl. I have had the salmon veggie bowl which is also great. They are all delicious. The beef is always perfectly cooked and the chicken is super tender. The salmon is never dry. And the dumplings are also worth a try. read more

Went to this waba grill location order the steak plate. They did not cut the steak the way the normally do it was just big whole chunks, Normally it's bite sizes. They did not put salad dressing on the salad which I really like. The Orange was not cut. Heard this is the least MSG-driven fast food. So one day on the way to work, I decided to give it a try. I ordered the Beef Veggie bowl. It taste good, not as salty as other fast food, with minimal sauce in it. The amount is good too. I was able to ate it before work and kept some for my lunch. $9 for one bowl. We ordered delivery about 2 weeks ago and ordered the family meal with the drinks and wontons plus some tofu on the side. Unfortunately, when our meal arrive, we were missing the drinks and wontons :( So I called back to let them know what had happened immediately to explain. I spoke to Maria who was nice and understanding but she did not offer a solution other than for myself to come in and it would be taken care of and she remembers the name on the order because she packed it. I was not able to go in because I was working but told her my bf would probably stop by later to which she agreed and stated to just ask for her or another person (I think her name was Daisy but I could not hear it clearly over the phone). My bf was understanding and went to go pick it up. I even had him take the receipt that was on the bag so he could get our exact drinks and show them what we ordered there. When he arrived, he had trouble obtaining the items we were owed and he was told that Maria wouldn't be back in until 9am and we can come back then. Over 12 hours later! They eventually gave in but come on! I already called and talked to someone nicely who gave me their word we could just come in and ask for her and she would let them know. I felt as though they didn't even care we were inconvenienced 2 times at this point and although we were polite about the whole situation, internally I was disheartened and upset. Honestly I can see the drinks being forgotten about since their fridge is near the cash register which is on the opposite side of where you would pick up the food it that's logistically their fault and there seems to be no good system in place for third party delivery services to not mess up and forget to pick that up unless the stop to read the receipt on the bag but Waba also forgot the wontons and the bag was not sealed even though they are designed to be so there's that too ‍ The food was good, but like I said, just disappointed in the service.
