I order from Jersey Mike's regularly, I usually do online orders and pick them them. They are NEVER ready on time, so I ALWAYS give 5 MORE minutes on top when I'm notified my order is ready. Today I went in and I saw my order and asked if I could please pick it up. The cashier was attending a customer and said to give her a few minutes. Doesn't this defeat the purpose of an online order? Then the order did not have an attached ticket number, so another employee had to open up the order to Inspect it. She said my name out Loud and still put it back instead of handing it to me. Jersey Mike's gotta be the best sandwich chain, at least for cold sandwiches. My go-to used to be the Club Supreme which is still solid but I've switched over to the Original Italian. Haven't been going as much since cold sandwiches are less bomb in the winter but I still stop by since this place is down the street from my house. I usually order on the app and take it home but the store looks pretty clean and the workers are nice enough to pack my oil and vinegar on the side when requested. Soggy sandwiches are a bad thing. I'm usually cautious of buying a Philly Cheesesteak Sandwich because most of the time they skimp out on the meat or on the cheese. I was pretty impressed at Jersey Mike's Philly Cheesesteak because of the portion size. From the pictures I've uploaded, you can see it's full of a lot of meat and not full of fillers like onions and peppers, but it does have onions and peppers in it. The sandwich itself was good but I don't think the bread is correct. It's not supposed to be normal Italian bread but it's supposed to be a hoagie roll. So it felt kind of like I was eating a subway sandwich. They seem to have a lot of varieties of the Philly cheesesteak with beef, chicken, etc, so I'm surprised that they don't carry the hoagie roll. That's one improvement I would do. They do offer another type of bread but it's like Parmesan Italian bread. They offer two sizes, basically one is a half sub and the other is a full sub. Pricing is fair and it's pretty good cost to food ratio, plus it tastes good. If you are one person, I think a half sub is sufficient to get you full. Most places don't put peppers in this either, so it kinda has a twist, but the peppers are kinda tangy so if I were to order this again, I will skip the peppers. This jersey mike is located in the new plaza near the 10 freeway, it's on Garvey street in the same plaza as LA Fitness, Chipotle, Coffee Bean and it's across the street from the 7-11 gas station. Parking is ample and I wouldn't worry about not finding a spot. The driveway is low so entry is easy. Overall, solid sandwich, I wish they had the hoagie roll, and usually peppers aren't normally part of a traditional Philly Cheesesteak. Jersey Mike's is probably my favorite sandwich shop chain. Lots of different options for people with different tastes, and they don't feel as heavy as other sandwich shops. My main pick from here is the Original Italian on Rosemary Parmesan Bread. The regular size is the perfect size for me, it's basically like a foot long. I love getting it Mike's Way, which includes lettuce, tomatoes, onions, red wine vinegar, oil oil, oregano, and salt. Sometimes I also like to add the cherry pepper relish on it as well. I do recommend eating your sandwich pretty soon after you receive it though because it will turn soggy, unless you get any liquids, like the oil and vinegar, on the side. Bonus points here because they also have vanilla cream soda on tap. The people working there have always been friendly and in a good mood, even during this pandemic. They greeted everyone who walked in and were very quick to help out. As for social distancing measures they are requiring masks to go inside, and they also laid out stickers on the ground to mark 6' distancing. They also only allow 10 people to go inside at a time. read more

Brand new restaurant. I had a free birthday sandwich so I came by for an avocado sandwich. It was very good and the girls served it up quickly. They had a little trouble finding how to process the free sandwich but then again its free; who could be upset. They have Stubborn Soda and an agave cream soda which is very delicious. First time trying this Jersey Mike's location. My go to is usually the one in Rosemead. Parking here is manageable. It's located inside the plaza with LA Fitness, The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf, and Chipotle. During the lunch rush there may be a small line, but moves pretty quickly. Service here is pretty good. My sandwich was made perfectly and the way I asked. Jersey Mike's are a bit expensive for a sub sandwich compared to Subway, but the meats are freshly sliced upon your order. Plus you can get it done Mike's way which has the red wine vinegar and olive oil. I do have to warn you that after a while the olive oil starts to seep through the paper bag holding your sandwich, so best to eat fresh. Definitely recommend getting it Mike's way if you like a tart, sweet, and savory type of sandwich. Recommend signing up for their rewards! Yelp 100 Challenge 2018 - # 21/100 I've had Jersey Mike's turkey sandwich that my co-worker gave me once and I have been craving it ever since I am so excited they are opening one in BP. Grand opening Fundraiser is from February 7th through 18th and the owner was nice enough to give me a coupon /flyer for the event. So nice of them too that they are donating $3 for each of the coupons redeemed. So I braved opening day Feb. 7th. As expected the place was packed. The line was long but moving along nicely. I decided on their hot sandwiches and because I don't I have to go through the veggie section for them, I was told to go to cashier #2 directly. They signed me up for Jersey Mike's Shore points rewards program in seconds and got 30 points for today's transaction. I used their coupon for 2 giant sandwiches and 4 drinks for $23.99. Got the #17 Jersey Mike's Famous Philly and the #20 Grilled pastrami Rueben. I also ordered a regular #15 meatball and cheese. My son and I had a piece each of the philly and meatball sandwiches. We both agreed the Philly was the better tasting one. We're saving the pastrami Rueben for later. We also got their giant chocolate chip cookies which were $2.35 a piece. So worth it though. The chocolate were actually chunky pieces and the cookie was so moist. I only ate half and gave the rest to the boy. As much of a chocoholic that I am, I removed some of the chocolate pieces and gave it to my son as well. I am so stuffed, yet happy from our meal. The only thing I'd like to comment is about the soda machine. It creates a lot of foam thus you only get about a quarter of soda in the cup and the bubbles spill over. I had to wait a few moments to let the foam settle then refill. I heard mumbling behind me. Oh well, they're staying to eat, I'm taking my stuff to go so I need my drink full. When I turned to leave. There was a line for the soda machine. Yikes. Sorry but not so sorry. This location is very conveniently located by LA fitness, Chipotle and Coffee Bean. You can grab and go, it's right by the 10 freeway too! Just be aware, don't get weirded out by the social distancing. I took a photo, only 10 people allow in the store. Oh and by the way your order might take longer than usual. For example, my order I waited over an hour for one giant sandwich because they ran out of wheat bread. I played it cool because I know it's hard times right now and I see how pressure the workers must feel. When I got my food, the workers still keep up a positive attitude and they told me that corporate didn't tell them their putting on this promotion, so they got slammed and unprepared. With takeout and delivery being more important than ever, my family and I ordered delivery because we saw a Grilled Portabella Mushroom sandwich commercial! When I found out about curbside at this location, I was thrilled to finally get out of my house (other than work) to take the drive to pick up and every single staff member I've interacted with is always pleasant. I used to love this place...but the past few visits have definitely caused my opinion to be real negative. The past few times I've arrived 30-60 min before they close. Every one of those times employees have stated that they were out of bread. I clearly saw bread in the shelf of trays that was covered by the white tarp. This last time (5/15/23) a male employee and a female employees were both on their phones as we walked in. They looked pretty annoyed that we went in about 40 min before closing. We had not tried the local Jersey Mike's in our area and decided to do so. It was really good actually and when I walked in to pick up our order it was being finished up. Quick service and the sandwiches were made properly and were tasteful, it was refreshing for a hot summer's day. We got the stick all special, jersey shores favorite and the orginal Italian. All are highly recommended. The only suggestion is that my husband would like to reccomend is that jersey mikes would have crab and lobster meat for sandwiches to pick from.
