I met up with my best Nebraska dude bud here today! This restaurant was clean inside and outside. I loved how they had a TV for sports even though it is a smaller restaurant. The cashier guy was really cool upon entrance. He was also super duper helpful in helping us order. I ended up ordering a 3 piece chicken tender combo meal, which included fries and a drink. For the tenders, I had the dry rub hot honey but asked for a small cup of hot honey sauce as well. Loved the toppings. The regular fries were super yummy, and it came with ranch dressing. To wash down my lunch, I had lime ginger ale and a pink lemonade vitamin water refill. For completing the survey before I left the place, I got a free brownie! What a great visit! Had a craving for some wings and had always wanted to try Wingstop. After reading reviews here on YELP, I gave the Wingstop on Superior a try. Service was fast and friendly. Restaurant area was clean and comfortable. I ordered the 10 piece traditional wings basket with "original sauce". Wings were crispy and just the right amount of heat. Fries were hot, but could have been a bit crispier. All and all, I will be back or order delivery. read more

I have nothing but amazing things to say about this place. I moved to Lincoln a couple of months ago and the first time ordering here they were busy, they gave us free drinks and an extra brownie. The staff is always friendly , quick and helpful. Just once out of the many times my boyfriend and I have ordered from here they messed up our order but immediately rectified the situation. We sometimes get an extra wing or two or a free drink if the wait is too long or if something is incorrect. Whether I order on doordash, on their app, or in restaurant the order is always superb. Made a order, got called into work, wasn't going to be able to pick up the order. The manager laughed at my situation refused a refund and told me he'll "wrap them up so I can pick them up the next day." I ordered wings there to be delivered to my place. Well by the time the driver showed up to get my order, they had already let someone walk out with my order. So they then told the driver I needed to pay for another order, because of WingStops incompetence to give the order to the right person. Then when I called Wingstop they said oh this happens all the time. Well I just said give me a refund then on the food that I paid for and will never receive. Ordered 15 classic wings mild flavor to go at the Superior St store. Got fiery hot wings laying in a bed of lava. A swipe of the finger in the sauce and a quick taste left my mouth burning. Called and spoke with a manager who told me to bring them back and they'd replace them. Go there and it's a different manager who literally said, "Too bad!" Still one-star for now, but I'll add a few things. The staff are still friendly, nice, and trying hard. Things are still very slow if you're ordering during a busy time, which is pretty much anytime around a normal meal time and late into the evening. They are taking online orders now (I'm not sure about phone orders - I haven't tried or asked). The estimate was about 20 minutes and it took about 40, so the estimated wait time is way off. I have had a couple orders with missing or wrong items in the bag. The register staff will read the receipt to you to make sure they order is right. The problem is, the register staff has no way of knowing if the receipt matches what's actually in the bag. In my experience, about 50% of the time it does not. I strongly recommend you check each item before you leave the parking lot to make sure you get what you ordered. During busy times the place is still a potential COVID nightmare. You'll have to decide if you want to wait inside and up your chances of exposure (very hard to socially distance) or wait outside and hope they remember to call you (which they likely won't). You'd think they would be encouraging people to wait outside and making sure they call, but as far as I can see that's not happening. And let's face it, these aren't the best wings in Lincoln. The appeal of Wingstop is that they're decent (again, boneless are much better than most of the bone-in for me) and convenient. Right now they are not convenient at all and it's hard to feel like the food is decent if it's wrong 50% of the time. For now just avoid this place. read more

Ordered at 11:55 for lunch, Lemon Pepper and Cajun wings with some fries for me and my bro. Said it would be ready in 16-21 minutes. When I walked in, the cooks were just putting my delicious wings in the bag. So they were right on time! The staff was friendly and I could tell they were working hard. Smelled fantastic in there! Cajun wings 8/10. Great heat level, where you could taste the heat but wouldn't shock your mouth. There is a depth to this flavor here, smooth, rich, savory, they hit the spot. Lemon Pepper 9/10. This is a classic wing flavor and these Lemon pepper would rival anyone's. I'm more of a hot wing guy, but in terms of Lemon Pepper, I'll be back for this. Just when i thought this dump couldnt possibly get any worse. Now they only have one employee working at night on weekdays so the wait times are even longer. They clearly do not care about preparing the food properly, the wings are always saturated with a greasy ass liquid residue instead of actual sauce. They will stand around socializing right in front of you while you sit and wait 45 minutes for wings you ordered online 30 minutes prior to arriving at the store. Was given the wrong order, I called back only to be told to bring the messed up food back and the receipt. The cashier threw our receipt away after we got handed the bag. They keep a stack of all the receipts at the front counter so I don't understand why I still have to bring my receipt back. As I was on the phone I got told to wait and was put on hold for 7 minutes. Finally, I hung up and called back to be told that I need the receipt still and the woman hung up before I was able to say another word. Just ordered from here for the first time tonight. Online order system was fast and easy. Enjoyed our food and would order again without hesitation. Their ranch dressing is awesome and we were satisfied with our chicken. Only two minor complaints: 1) we ordered two different BBQ sauces and they were put on the wrong items. No big deal, just a little confusing. 2) the fries were a little bit soggy, however, I didn't pick up promptly as I've read other reviews talking about long wait times.
