I really hate to do this. Usually my reviews are to share positive experiences. But I just have to... When we moved to the area, my Niece told me to avoid this place. I did for years, but finally a wing craving drove me in. To start with, I found the menu very confusing. Everything was offered in combos. When I said I was just interested in wings, I was told not to worry. Well, the individual wings only cost me a couple of bucks less, and then I found out that it did not even come with the 2 dipping sauces. I later heard an employee arguing on the phone that they didn't offer 30 wings, and I was looking right at it on the menu, and if they offer them at individual prices anyway, why would that matter? So the menu must confuse the workers, too. Then, not even after 2 minutes after I ordered, I went back up to the counter to add Cajun Corn on the Cob because it intrigued me so much. Well, good thing I did because the kitchen had no record of my wing order! The employee that took my order first asked what the name on the order was, and I informed her that she had not asked for my name. That got straightened out after a few minutes of confusion, and after they took my receipt. While waiting, I noticed there were options for the flavoring on the corn. I thought it was a mix, not a choice, and was not asked when I ordered. When I got home, I found that though I'd paid for a large order of the corn, I only got a small. My receipt that I had given them was not with the order. And the wings were among the tiniest I have ever seen. We did enjoy the flavor of the Mango Habenero and Traditional Hot sauces, but the chicken itself was dry and disappointing. I placed an online order on 11/24 and when I went inside the restaurant to pick up my order and pay, some fat kid working there with his mask down around his chin said I had to leave because I didn't have a mask. After he said this, I looked around the restaurant and only a couple patrons were wearing them. I said I didn't have one (rules apparently just changed in the county), told him my name and left. Fortunately, I did not pay online for the order (totaled $61 and some change). As I left the place, I noticed there were no signs on the doors requiring masks - nothing. Whatever gentleman that was working the counter tonight, I seem to have some on going issues with. He had blonde hair, glasses and a nasty attitude as if my wife and I were inconveniencing him by ordering at the register, which seems to be the case every time we visit this establishment with this employee. After our food was bagged and prepared we had to wait for an additional 7 minutes for him to finish his conversation before he noticed to hand us our order. All I can say is WOW!!!! Absolutely the worst customer experience I've ever had. I ordered 35 wings, 4 veggie sticks, fries, and 2 ranch dressings. So the order being that large it's too much to check at the counter so I trusted that it was correct... WRONG!!! After driving 15 minutes home I found out They forgot the ranch and The veggies. I was super bummed so I called... I wasn't expecting anything as I knew they would tell me to just come back but a 30 minute drive was not happening. So I had a manager get on the phone... he preceded to tell me that he put them in there himself, and I was wrong. ARE YOU BEING SERIOUS RIGHT NOW!!!
