I was very impressed by the quality of service, food, and overall value at Bad Daddy's s Burger bar. I went in with my husband and my son and I think we all eat way too much and are all looking forward to going back. My son had a burger kids meal with fries. My husband had a bad ass burger, which was huge like I still can't believe he ate the whole thing. I had the Emilio's chicken sandwich and it was fantastic. I've ate at bad daddy's many time and I do love their food & portions, but tonight I decided to try their banana pudding and I was excited to try it never had it before. Mainly a burger and shake joint with an outside entrance at the mall. Seated promptly. They wanted to seat us in the glassed in area but, even though they had heaters, it was too cold in December mainly because also only in this atea were metal bottom chairs. Nuh-uh. Still too cold. So we opted for more interior seating with wood chairs and booth seating. Much better. Several burger options or "build your own". I chose the bistro burger with Angus beef, gouda cheese, fried onions, avocado crema with a side of sweet potato fries and my friend and I split a milk shake and our server accommodated us by providing two glasses. The burger was cooked just right and was juicy and tasty. The fries were a great option as a side. And sharing the milkshake was perfect. Our server was pleasant, efficient, and kept tabs on us when we needed anything. Oh, and the restroom was emaculate. Extra extra points! Price was fair. Definitely a good choice for our lunch. Dinner to go tonight! Because we hadn't been here before, two of chose to go and order in person so we could check the place out. Sat at the bar to order (was offered a drink or water while we waited) and I wish I could remember her name because she was so helpful and nice! We ordered several burgers: chicken grill, magic mushroom, American with bacon, just a plain ole' cheeseburger. We also ordered two large tater tots and one large onion ring to share and one of us had to have a cookies and cream milkshake! Everything was cooked to order, packaged perfectly to keep the integrity of the to-go meal and the shake was so creamy, thick, and full of cookies! Not one complaint from anyone! Sometimes when a restaurant is attached to a mall the quality might not be tops, but we were happy to be proven wrong. I believe our server's name was Bryce and he set the tone by approaching us with such a friendly, welcoming attitude. I ordered the create your own burger, and it came out perfect. I can't remember what my husband ordered, but he enjoyed his just as much. We split an order of fries, and while they were okay, they came out at a lukewarm temperature. He was very unprofessional. I had reasons why I could not wait and I should not be made to feel bad because I do not have time to wait. Will think long and hard before ever going back. First time at Bad Daddy's! I was pretty excited to try new places in Denver, so when we came here I already had my meal in mind. I wanted a patty melt (my favorite) so when I saw it on the menu, there was no discussion. I am not a fan of rye bread so I ordered it with a Texas toast and of course truffle fries So, the burger was alright, I like my patty melts to be squished together and the cheese coming out the side. This was not the case. The toast was NOT cooked together, it looked like it was toasted separately. BUT THE FRIES.... Man! They were not disappointing at all! If you get fries, make sure they are truffled. That burger was HUGE!! I went out to lunch with a few friends and we all decided we wanted burgers! When we arrived their were signs posted everywhere asking customers to wear masks and practice social distancing! The booths and tables were split off too! The employees all wore masks! Bad Daddy's Burger Bar had recently changed their menu so we took a few minutes to decide. We learned that fries were no longer apart of the meal you had to order them separately. While we waited we shared a double order of hand cut fries! They were delicious!! Crispy and savory! We got another round for the table to go with our burgers. I ended up getting the Bad Ass Burger! It had two 5oz beef patties, house made American cheese, buttermilk fried bacon, and some veggies (I took those off). It definitely held up to its name! It was so huge I had to cut it in half and take it home! The beef was cooked to my liking and the buttermilk fried bacon was delicious! This burger was one for the books! Ryan and I were very impressed with this specific location. The burger our favorite which is the bacon cheeseburger on steroids was so delicious and juicy cooked perfectly and with very fresh ingredients. The fries were so good we got more and more of that amazing bad daddy's sauce ! Ryan's favorite drink there is the bad ass margarita and I enjoy the badass Long Island. This place was also very clean and the food was fantastic. The prices are about average with other places like this - would love if there was a loyalty points program for here. We also didn't receive birthday emails this year which is usually for a free burger - hoping they didn't do away with it here. We had an awesome time. Bad Daddy's has the All Americana vibe of an overly decorated restaurant with tons of random memorabilia but it's a tad nostalgic from my childhood days of when those restaurants were everything. I am visiting family in Lakewood and we decided to go out for burgers. I chose this particular restaurant and am I ever sorry. 20 minutes wait to be served food that was not only very greasy but so salty I couldn't taste anything else. Everyone else at the table got their drink order but I waited till the appetizer came and had to ask for my shake. Our waitress actually said, oh, I forgot to pick that up.... It was already melted and liquid when she finally brought it to me. I didn't drink it. I rarely eat this kind of food and decided to use my only cheat day for this. Needless to say I'm not only dissatisfied but won't go back on my visits and my family won't return either. Give this one a hard pass. read more

When we asked why the animal was not on the covered patio, we were told the customer did not want to wait for a seat out there. What the heck?!?! What if someone wanted to light up a cigarette and didn't want to go outside? Rules are in place to make the environment safe for all of us. Well not really, but if you order the Daddy's Philly with lettuce 'bun' you can happily work away at making delicious bites of lettuce Philly mini 'tacos'. I can't stop eating them! Their Caesar salad is probably overlooked a lot as a side option, but coming from a picky Caesar dressing person- theirs is garlicky, creamy and perfectly peppery.
