At the suggestion of the bartender, we had the grilled wings with Buffalo and blue cheese for dipping on the side. They were amazing!! Went here on a Tuesday night and it was fairly busy, the staff was kind and accommodating. After about an hour after we put our food in, the bartenders informed me and my friend that their ticket printer did not work in the kitchen which caused the delay. The bartenders were so kind and apologetic, They comped our entire food bill! AND the food was actually REALLY good! Overall a great vibe, kind people, and very tasty food! He was very short with me and tried to kick me out because I asked for a drink at 1:25 and he was condescending then my girlfriend came up and he was nice to her. Terrible service on Friday, Saturday and Sunday nights, which sucks if those are the days you wanna go out. You can sit directly at the drink well at the bar and make eye contact with every bartender and still not be served... or even greeted. There doesn't seem to be any order to anything. When you do finally get a bartenders attention, it takes forever to get your drink. And if you don't put an order of food in the first time around, good luck. On average, fried food that should take 20 minutes tops when it's busy, takes an hour plus. Some bartenders try to multi task and help every table on the floor, but then it takes 30 minutes to get a refill bc she's making 40+drinks. It's also dirty. I could smell the carpet. I got 2 dirty glasses when I ordered wine. Wanted to complain to a manager, since the staff are clearly overwhelmed and probably unserstaffed, but there is no manager there? Man....i was hungry then I walked into the trashiest place Iv been in a long while. The first thing you notice is the elegant smell of cigarettes infesting every crevice of the outside and people actively smoking right near the entrance which I'm pretty sure that's illegal. Anyways after finally getting through the gates of hell to reach this place that I'm excited to try the wings at. I open the door and there it is a guy grinding on some lady, not sure if it was sexual assault or what but it was definitely not what I want in my vecinity when just wanting food. The place smelled of an old barrel and the *regulars* a little bit more edgy then I care to handle after a long Friday. I am sure the wings are great as I can't blame the chefs for the horrible situations going on in the dinning room / bar. I stood there for a while waiting for some sort of service I had another person with me so it was odd to be just ignored. Anyways after a bit we just had to leave and go somewhere else, maybe we will get to try the wings sometime but getting cancer with the smoke viel covering the entrance sure is a bad way to start a meal. Don't expect anything over the top, it's a local dive bar but they try their best. The drinks are cheaper too and there's plenty of TVs so you can watch every sport your heart desires.
