The Buffalo chicken fries were phenomenal. The friend chicken was cooked to perfection, lightly breaded, packed with flavor, and comes with a side of Buffalo sauce to add to it, pairing perfectly with the waffle, which has hints of cinnamon. It might sound weird but I promise you it's amazing! We ordered at the window and they were super friendly. You get a little pager so you can walk around and notified when your food is ready, but we didn't have to wait long. Definitely coming back!

Looking from outside in it doesn't look that big of a place but once inside it's spacious with tables for dining in pleasure and there is also an arcade room. Just like an old fashioned pizzeria. Spacious place with a bunch of great sports memorabilia and many TV's with all the MLB playing, even one with the little league world series tournament. Her response: "No, I can't do that." I said, "I'm picking up these pizzas for my husband's work. They get a half hour lunch. I was supposed to bring them to him at 11:45." By that time it was 12:00 noon. She replied, "Well, if you wanted them at a certain time, you should have told us. Then we could have made sure you got them when you needed them!" 1) If someone says your order will be ready at a certain time, why should I have to say what time I need it by? Way to switch things up and blame the CUSTOMER for your mistake! If they got 2 big orders right before mine, shouldn't she have adjusted the pick up time accordingly? 2) I left her a $5.00 tip. She easily could have taken that $5.00 and used it to buy me a soda. Instead she told me she "couldn't do that." I ended up waiting 35 minutes for pizzas that should have been ready in 15-20, according to them. Having worked at a pizza place in my younger days, I know how long it takes to cook a pizza in a commercial oven. It takes 5-10 minutes, depending on the size and type of crust. The worst part is this girl didn't apologize for the wait and refused to offer anything in compensation. At the end she stated, "Again, I'm sorry for the short wait" (yes, she said "short", not "long" or "extended") and I just responded, "It wasn't short. It was twice as long as you told me over the phone!" Fatte's, please do better in training ypur employees. There is no excuse for this type of "customer service." When we order the wings, we order them fresh and we know we will be waiting 20+ minutes. All good cuz when you get those HOT chicken wings from KFC right out of the mix, it sends you to a new dimension of appreciation for some low-down, Southern-style, big chain deliciousness. After leaving, I contacted the store about the missing item and overcharge. Instead of trying to fix the situation, I was told they supposedly had the item the entire time and that I was the one in the wrong. They also refused to give any refund or try to resolve the issue. Between being overcharged, waiting 20 minutes after being told the order was ready, being ignored by staff, getting burnt and undercooked food, and then being blamed when I called about it, this was one of the worst fast-food experiences I've had. I went to the front desk and asked them why it was canceled, the old lady who just got on her shift told me right away that I was late without even knowing what had happened. I told them that I placed the order last night and I am here to pick it up. They tried texting their boss, few minutes later with no reply. I was going to place an order again but it will be late for the party I am supposed to have. Time wasted, and my lunch with a party was ruined. Bummer. Also, the lady who was preparing pizza was on the keyboard and her personal cell phone, I don't know about washing her hands in between.

The chicken tenders are tasty, tender and a nice size. Good sauces too. Biscuits are mini biscuits, tasty but expensive for what you get. I would prefer to just pay for a regular size biscuit instead of $10 for 6 mini one-bite biscuits. My main gripe were with the wings. They are a nice size, but not tender and cooked with too much batter. You have to cut into them to take the batter off or else you get a mouthful of batter. Also, the meat itself is not seasoned. If they could improve the wings it would be a much better product. So for now, we'll stick to the tenders.
