I have never eaten at a Wingstop before. The only reason I went there is because I knew I could get something quick and easy that was low-carb. Which is funny because I ended up getting a chicken sandwich with ranch dressing and pickles. I have to tell you I was pleasantly surprised. The sandwich was absolutely delicious. I got the Louisiana seasoning which is mildly flavorful not at all spicy. The chicken was crunchy. The bun was toasted to perfection. And for the measly cost of eight dollars it was well worth the price. I've had so many chicken sandwiches that were disappointing. I.e. Chick-fil-A. People brag about food and then you find out it's nothing special. Well, I certainly thought this was worth the money and then some. The place was very clean. And even though it was close to lunchtime, I was pretty much there by myself. I would go to this place again if I ever found myself in this neighborhood. I am very disappointed with my recent experience at Wingstop on Pico behind Planet Fitness. First, my fries were served cold. When I brought this to the staff's attention and requested fresh fries, I witnessed something that raised serious concerns about food safety and cleanliness. A young lady at the register accidentally dropped several drink cups from the counter onto the floor. Instead of throwing them away, she simply picked them up and placed them back on the counter to be used. Considering people walk in and out all day with dirt, debris, and who knows what else on their shoes, this was extremely unsanitary and concerning to watch. To make matters worse, when my replacement fries were finally brought out, the young man who delivered them practically shoved them toward me without any courtesy or customer service. There was no apology for the cold food, no acknowledgment of the delay, and no effort to make the situation right. I am honestly surprised this location has an "A" health rating based on what I witnessed. Cleanliness, food handling practices, and customer service all seemed to be lacking during my visit. I hope management takes these concerns seriously and provides additional training to staff regarding sanitation and customer service expectations. read more

When ordering for pick up on the phone, my boyfriend had asked if we were allowed to use both of our free 5 boneless wing coupon that we get when the Lakers win. The person on the phone said it would be alright, as long as when we get there we show both of our phones to prove we both have the coupon. So when checking to see how much it is while putting it online (besides the 5 FREE wings we would both get from the Lakers coupon) the total would come out to $11.89 meaning that they charged us $3.27 more than they should of.
