I barely got any chicken this is wack

This amount of chicken is unacceptable if I saw my plate before walking out I would've ask for a refund.

I love this Hawaiian BBQ spot. I have been ordering here since 2022 and my go to spot when ordering online for BBQ.

Get my Hawaiian fix from here! Especially love their chicken katsu and spam musubi. The mini meal has so much food and is a great price.

My hair on bottom, not as thick or as dark

I usually have a great experience at Ono. They have great food and the workers have always been friendly and professional. But tonight was not one of those times. I online ordered our meal for a pick up 30 minutes before closing and when I arrived I drove though the drive thru and was not greeted at the prompter. As I waited far too long, the cars in front of me had moved up and another vehicle was behind me so I proceeded to the window. While I was still in line I heard the car behind was having their order being taken. As I pulled up to the window, the cashier, whom had her back to the window, turned slightly and looked out of the corner of her eye seeing me then just walked to the back; no greeting or I'll be right with you, nothing!! Worse part is, I can see my order sitting on the counter. After a few minutes she finally returned and opened the window, she said nothing and just stared at me, I told her I'm here for my online order which she grabbed off the counter, the only one there and the one I was staring at, and she handed it to me with an upset, almost bothered attitude. Every drive thru attendant has asked if I'd like any sauces with my order but not her; she was very very unprofessional. That was just the start of my bad experience. I shrug off drive thru episode and when I get home I begin eating. About halfway through my meal I noticed a Hair in my to go box. I thought maybe it could be one of mine but it looked to dark so I pulled out a string of my hair to compare showing they are completely different. I could not finish my meal after that. I love Ono Hawaiian but will never be going back to that same particular location again

our daughter and her kids meal bag. Amazing kids meal

The food was bomb we eat and enjoyed every bite. Evan my kids loved it it's a true win for us. Yum yum we are definitely coming back for the family meals. And there collectable bags are the cutest. The service was superior to other places we have been . The whole environment when we walked in was welcoming and serene.

We came on a Sunday and it was very packed! The whole restaurant was almost at full capacity. The parking lot is also small but street parking is available. The restaurant has the entire aloha vibe. There's indoor and outdoor seating and you order at the register before you find seats. We ended up using the redemption for the spam Musubis and I ordered a stack of the Macadamia Nut pancakes. We were lucky to find seating outside and the food didn't take long to be received. The spam musubi were very saucy, but I enjoyed them. The Macadamia Nut pancakes is IT, though! You must try these pancakes if it's your first time. The portion is enormous! The first bite of it was exceptional! The cream sauce and textures from the Macadamia blended well with the fluffiness of the pancakes. It's their staple and it's what Aloha Food Factory is known for. Great first visit. The ambiance is very casual. Good place for a quick bite but wouldn't want to stay long. It gets stuffy and hot in there. Not alot of ventilation or air control. Now lets talk about the service. I can say by far this was the biggest problem and I can understand why the business has been struggling. First thing you see when you walk in is the Aloha promise sign or sign of service detailing how you should be greeted and how long it should take and how no one will walk in or out in silence. The server/cashier didn't follow any of those things. We walked in and she looked at us and kept talking to the group of kids getting water and ordering. Finally when I went up to order she was very distant and short. I asked who I could talk to about catering (for my daughter's birthday party) she scoffed and pointed to herself and said "ummm... me" I told her what we would like and she said she'd talk to the cooks. After ordering our food my kids got their drinks from the refrigerator. We had to wipe the cans down because they were covered in dust and dirt. We waited for our food and everything came except my wife's food. I waited 10 minutes and then went to the cashier and asked if the food was coming. She argued with me that i never ordered it and that should would know what food I ordered. After finally understanding that we wanted to eat she place the other order for me. We ate our food and I asked if she had word from the cooks. She said shes been busy and didn't ask yet. Keep in mind, it was my group of 4 and another group of 3 in the building. No one else. We finished our food and was presented the check. When she gave us the bull she said that the cooks didn't want to "shut down the kitchen" just to make our order for catering because they get busy. She said to order it on Friday and just serve it the next day. Needless to say, we left after paying. Called L&L and they gladly took our catering order, had it ready for us on Saturday and everyone was happy. We most likely won't be going back here until we hear there has been some changes.

Over the years I've gotten take-out here but have also done dine-in. It seems they mostly do catering now, because they have very short business hours for the public. Their website says their dining room is closed, but the employee says it's open Thurs and Fri. Nevertheless, I followed the website's info and ordered pick up. Here's what I ordered: 1) Komai's Big Breakfast. Komai was Aloha's original chef. Two eggs with all the meats: Portuguese sausage, Spam, Vienna sausage, corned beef hash plus 2 scoops of rice and a Hawaiian roll. No surprises here, very nice. 2) Kal B Chicken plate lunch. Chicken marinated in the same sauce as the more familiar kalbi beef short ribs, with rice and mac salad.
