I placed an online order today (15 piece classic meal for 2) and went on the bus to pick up my order, the cashier looked for my order and gave it to me with the two cups for my drinks, which I didn't think I would get the wrong order. I went home and when I opened the bag I noticed that the employees packed the wrong order. I received someone's else order, because it had somebody's name on it and it was a Door Dash order. We all know the parking lot is a nightmare here, I've definitely accepted this and always come with a second person to hop out and grab our takeout order.
