I love coming to this location. The service is always amazing. The staff are friendly and are always attentive, asking if we need anything else. The food is always fresh and delicious. The music is great and not too loud. Sometimes it's a bit hard to get ahold of someone to help you claim your prizes since they leave the play area unattended but other than that I love coming here. Our first visit to Sharky's was an adventure, parking was a challenge, no spots in the lot or on the street in front so we had to park in the neighborhood. Our daughter was excited because she won a certificate for a free individual pepperoni pizza from school. I ordered the "Brunch of Lunch" buffet for $14.99, which included all you can eat pizza, pasta, chicken, and those mojo potatoes (crispy on the outside, tender on the inside). The salad bar was there, but let's be honest, it's not the star of the show. If you're watching your waistline, this isn't the place for you; it's all about indulgence and carbs here. My wife orders an individual mushroom pizza, and we also got a pitcher of beer to wash it all down. The seating is family-style, large tables, and booths. The service? Not the highlight. My dirty buffet plates were piled up on our table, and the individual pizzas for my wife and daughter took an eternity - about 20 minutes. The bathrooms were another letdown; my wife reported a pee puddle in the women's, while the men's was just okay. We left feeling stuffed, but not in a good way. More like we needed to do a walk of shame back to our car. If we ever come back, it'll probably be because of another school function with free vouchers. Really love comming to this location for the following reasons..... They always greet you with a smile, they are super friendly, attentive and offering food and clean plates to each individual table. Came for lunch yesterday. The fried chicken is surprisingly good. I also really enjoyed the potatoes. It wasn't that busy when I came around 1, but got busier closer to the buffet ending. The service was alright, but they do keep the food fresh. I wish they had more non-meat pizza options on the buffet. When I came it was only one veggie pizza and one pineapple pizza.
