Placed an order online waited the 35 minutes and headed to the store. Once arrived I paid and was told it would be another 20 minutes. Turns out they didn't even start my order! Waited and finally requested a refund. It took over 15 minutes for a refund as well. We'll never go back to this place again!!!! read more

I am not one for bad reviews. This was by far my worst experience ever at a restaurant. 45 minutes after ordering dine in wings I had to get up to ask for them what's going on....then I received the wrong flavor. I asked for a manager and she agreed they were the wrong flavor. Very rude, not apologetic referred to me as "wey" I asked for a refund she said they closed the register already. 1 hour 25 minutes later I got a refund and no wings. I live 1 mile from this location and I will NEVER visit any wingstop again due to their extreamly poor choice in management at their location. Somehow I left here feeling like i was at fault. Maybe they should turn their speaker down in the back and focus more on the product they are sending out rather than having a fiesta in the back. I would give a "0" star if possible. read more

I have to go all the way back and wait for them to make whatever item they left out. Ughhhh!!! So disappointing! I've been to many Wingstops in Brownsville and this one in Los fresnos was horrible. I ordered food to go, I was told would be 18 minutes but was ready literally less than 10 minutes (NO JOKE) I even told them that was a-little to fast they just laughed!! yeah HaHa. I got home and first of all NO RANCH!!! for my wings luckily I live a few minutes away I went back and said they forgot my ranch. Cashier Alexia was extremely rude. My friend and I were up next to get our food and she said "ma'am" while looking at me. I restated "ma'am" referring to my friend that was in front of me or if she was addressing me, to which she said " Sir, Ma'am, whatever" while rolling her eyes. Cashier Alexia shouldn't be at the front of Wingstop if she was going to have an unprofessional attitude with customers. No only that, she proceeded to throw the debit card back at my pregnant friend. What if the debit card would have fallen to the ground? Would she have expected my pregnant friend to pick it up. Aside from this less than pleasant interaction, my friend asked to speak to the manager and this person named Jay identified himself as the manager. My friend told Jay that she would speak with him after our meal. After we were finished with our meal my friend went to advice the "manager" of the incident. He would not let my friend speak and proceeded to interrupt my friend while she was trying to explain what had happened. Jay stated there was nothing he could do because she was his boss. WHEN, he had initially told her he was the manager. Mind you I was still sitting at the table while they were speaking and I could hear everything he said because he was screaming at her in front of other customers. Extremely slow taking the order, the cashier must have been new, the kitchen took even longer to get the order out. The breading on the garlic Parmesan boneless wings was hard as a rock and it wasn't much better on the regular mild boneless wings. Fries were limp and soggy and I didn't bother with those. The highlight of the meal was the beer in the bottle which they didn't have to do anything with other than open the top. I would strongly encourage folks to pass this place by and eat in Port Isabel or South Padre Island where there are many good restaurants. read more

This wingstop sucks! Second time I go to this one and their lemon n pepper wings have no seasoning at all. Nothing compared to the one in Houston where I live!
