Major disappointment! Ordered a 8 piece classic lemon pepper wings. Guess they thought it was to go. Had to ask for the butter n seasoning to be added. They were out of coke, barks root beer and several other sodas. Made the 40 minute drive home just to make a mad dash for the toilet! Wrecked my stomach. Three trips to the toilet! Not going back. I had an online order for pick up at the Maryville TN location. I walked in, was not greeted, and then let the employee know I had an online order for pickup and gave her my name. She was abrupt, inattentive, and rude. She also was very messy looking and was wearing sunglasses inside at 10 o'clock in the evening. I asked for my large soda cup while I waited for the food, and when I went over to the soda machine, there was no ice. I then asked her if they had ice in the back. She simply said, "We're out of ice." Never apologized for the inconvenience, or offered an alternative. I then asked for a refund, because who wants hot soda? She proceeded to have an increasingly pissed off demeanor, and did not fully or even partly, address my concerns. After my food was ready, I asked her how/in what manner I would get my refund. She then threw her hands in the air in disgust, told a cook "can you come talk to these people?" and stormed out of the restaurant. I told the cook I don't know why she's so upset I'm just asking how the refund works, and he made an excuse for her ugly behavior and said "it's 85 degrees in the kitchen and we've been busy." Mind you, the kitchen was open-aired and it was not overly-hot. What it boils down to though is that this is not an excuse to mistreat others, especially customers. I myself had spent all day outside in the feels-like-100 degree heat, but I don't use that as a way to justify treating others around me like they're a huge inconvenience and less than me. Ordered boneless wing meal through door dash and got Louisiana rub and hot honey on my boneless wings and also a Cajun fried corn never had any issues until today with wingstop but when we got our food literally a pinch of seasoning on everything I couldn't even tell what wings are what! My partner loves wings so we were wanting to try this place after they opened recently. Went in on a week night to place a to go order. Staff - 4 star Counter person was friendly and helpful as we had questions. She made some suggestions and we felt welcomed. Cleanliness - 2 star Place was a mess. Give them a break as I know places are struggling to find staff but they had 5 people in the back and 2 at the counter so maybe someone could give it quick clean? Soda dispenser was not working right so someone working on resetting I think. Food - 2 star Boneless wings were soggy and kind of gross. Regular wings were little compared to other places and just really overcooked and flavorless. Big lump of fries were soggy. After we toasted them when we got home they were crispy, but the ones we are right away were limp mess. Would be lower score if not for staff. Was excited to try wing stop since I was in town visiting a friend. Walked in and noticed first that there was a previously lit cigarette behind the sweet tea pitcher and I should have just left then. We proceeded to stand at the front waiting to be helped for minutes on end while we watched all the workers on their phone, sitting down, no where to be found, or leaned up on something. I finally make eye contact with a girl who proceeds to take my order. $15 for 6 mediocre wings, greasy not able to eat fries, with a side of watery ranch, and terrible service was a disgrace. Literally couldn't even eat the food because it was so nasty. The classic wings did not even have much meat on it. It was an awful first experience, don't recommend coming to this location if you are hungry and want good food for the price you pay. read more

The food was fine, as one should expect from Wingstop. My only issue was I placed an online order for pickup only to find out I was missing a combo when I got home with the food. I called the restaurant and explained to the manager what happened. He was apologetic and offered either a refund or to redo the entire order fresh. Just be sure to double check your order before leaving so the same thing potentially doesn't happen to you. Wings are expensive everywhere but wingstop gives the best deal in town for their combos. The cashier named Zoey barely spoke, threw my receipt in my hand, immediately after she took our order, she got on her phone. When a door dasher came in to pick up an order, she didn't even look up from her phone when he asked her a question. I'm not really the person to give bad reviews, and I also realize that this location is pretty new. However, until this locations steps it up I have to warn some people. You will wait over an hour for your food: so at least order it before heading out on the app, then add about 10-20 extra minutes for them to not even start your order (even though the app will view it as complete). I have not tried to order in store yet, so I can't say how that goes. When you walk in, there will always be 2-3 people at/near the register standing there doing nothing and talking. More than likely, a few employees will roll their eyes at you when they call your order out. I've worked several jobs and I'm pretty chill about service, but that is just completely inappropriate and I don't know how management hasn't caught this yet (I wouldn't be surprised if management was a 15 year old though). I'm giving this location two star for how bad the service is but the food is good (save the soggy fries, but the other locations I've been to all have this problem). I would say it's only worth if you're really craving Wing Stop, but save it any other time. read more

The only reason I gave them a three because the traditional wings are awesome. They've lost two points because , (1)fries are always soggy , greasy , or something. Tried three times and they were not it!!! (2) the boneless wings are so janky, it's like eating a very tiny chicken ball covered in breading. WHERE IS THE MEAT??? My husband and I were super excited that we were finally getting a wing place close to where we live. I usually don't usually leave bad reviews but this is our second time being disappointed. The service I received wasn't bad but it wasn't anything to write home about either. However the food is a huge disappointment. The traditional wings were small and had very little flavor, the boneless wings taste just like frozen Tyson wings you get at the grocery store, the fries are soggy (they were left out of our second order). Everyone is trying to get on the sandwich kick! Most aren't that good but wingstop wins the award for the worst chicken sandwich. It's just a small flavorless breast with tiny pictures on stale bread. I also ordered well done fries which apparently means not cooked thoroughly.
