When she finally spoke, she simply asked, "Are you ordering?" and then continued looking at her phone throughout the interaction. Her attitude came across as rude and uninterested in helping customers. The restaurant itself was also not clean. The drink station was dirty, the cola machine appeared unclean, and the floors were sticky throughout the dining area. While there were several employees working, there seemed to be a lack of teamwork and professionalism. At one point, an employee was loudly yelling "Give me a second!" across the restaurant to another team member, creating an uncomfortable atmosphere for customers. Overall, the combination of poor customer service, employee distractions, and cleanliness issues made for a very negative experience. I will be hesitant to return unless significant improvements are made.
