They take FOREVER. I've been waiting for over a hour and 30 min already, and at the moment. It was an extremely busy night but only had three workers and only two were actually preparing the orders. Crazy they don't plan for this. A few people have been complaining that their orders are wrong, which slows them down even more. Sheesh I decided to leave a review on each platform every 10 min. Take out | Dinner | $50-100 I ordered take out to feed my family dinner thanksgiving eve, because I knew my husband and I had to put in alot of work to prepare thanksgiving dinner. This food was extremely disgusting! The wings skin were covered in so much fat it was inedible. I requested extra crisp for two of my four orders to alleviate this issue and it was still soggy skin. My daughter was the only person that could enjoy her meal (boneless combo) the other three were thrown to the trash and we had to eat cereal for dinner! We were better off just grabbing little ceaser pizza. I paid almost $55 for TRASH food and stomachaches. Wingstop level of quality has gone down drastically, we will not be back again! Terrible food service that took forever to complete the order. Waited 3.5 - 4 hours for my order. Management has no idea how to manage orders to get the completed. There were 20+ orders just sitting on tables waiting to be picked up for over 1+ hour. Workers were just standing around not making food. This place is nasty. Bathroom is dirty. Store smells like old grease. I ordered wings and a sandwich. It took almost an hour. That is unacceptable. The staff was not that nice. They seemed annoyed I asked for an update of my order. When I got the food the wings were way overdone. Not much sauce on them. Do yourself a favor and never visit this location. It's worse than the one in University Hts. To do that takes effort so I'm shocked this place takes it a new level of garbage. Oh....just a heads up. Master Pizza is two doors down. The food is good but the customer service is horrible. I called on the phone before I got there to ask a question and the lady cut me off and hung up on me mid sentence. When I got there, there was a kid running around all through the seating area and kitchen. The lady was also rude to other customers and all of the tables were dirty with crumbs. I couldn't even sit. It hurts me to have to give this location one star as this was the only Wingstop in the area that has been pretty consistent with the quality of the food. But after several attempts to order from this location in recent months only to find them closed almost every time I've tried to order and at various inconsistent hours. Yesterday was the final straw when I called at 7:19pm to place an order and had to wait 5 minutes before anyone answered the phone only to be told and I quote "I'm sorry for your wait but I'm stressed out so I'm closed". Dead ass that's what she said, I can't make this stuff up. But I've noticed a trend with restaurants to include Starbucks post 2020 quarantine and increasingly so in the last year that restaurant workers have obviously been given the authority ( if not, they certainly think so) to close down whenever they feel like it for ANY reason and without notice. Yesterday (1/25/22) was a prime example of this trend that has to be costing and losing restaurants a ton of money. These restaurants won't survive if this continues. read more

Steer clear of this particular location. Maybe at some point they will get it together, but for now it is really just a mess. The manager tries, but her staff is clueless and the food takes forever and when it finally arrives good luck that it is even warm or is what you actually ordered. If you really want to know how a Wingstop should operate and how truly good they are (they have the best wings hands down when prepared right) go to the Mentor-On-The Lake location. I ordered some wings (15 wings) and fries a few weeks ago, using the online ordering. It said 25 minutes, so I arrived 25 minutes later to pick it up. The lady at the counter said it would be about another 10 minutes. Waited another 10, then another 10... it took forever for my order to be ready, and I definitely wasn't thrilled but didn't say anything. I've worked in many restaurants and am generally not a complainer. When the lady handed me my order, she apologized for the long wait and said that they upgraded my fries since it took so long. I appreciated that! Once I got home and ate my food, it was fantastic. The wings were cooked perfectly, sauce was delicious, and the fries were good. I definitely would recommend them, but I would say to maybe call the location before you leave to pick your order up and check the status first, in case it takes WAY longer than the time originally given! Most restaurant apps don't seem to factor in how busy the location may be when they give you a pick up time, and if they are busy, you could end up like I did, waiting an extra half hour for your order. Worst place to get wings. What I received was a soggy mess. Wings weren't cooked all the way through. Good thing I paid EXTRA to get them well done. I won't be returning. I ended up having to cook my wings an extra 20 minutes just so they were edible. This isn't the first time this has happened either. Too bad, because the other locations are good. read more
