Wingstop was always a decent place to go to for wings, especially for take out. It was on Tuesday so I got the split deal. 2 crispy chicken tenders and some wings. Tried the Voodoo fries and they were awesome. In my honest opinion, they are must have. The sauce of choice was Mango Habanero. My usual sauce. I also tried Korean BBQ from my son's order. One note I believe the left out the veggies to dip, but am finding out most places leave things out these days. This is an update of a review, I had done earlier. I didn't know my order was outside of my door until I went to check. By then it was 30 minutes past the estimated delivery time and I was getting agitated. Today , after shopping at Tom Thumb I decided to order food for pickup at Wingstop across the street . I stayed in my car until was estimated in 20 minutes. When I arrived at Wingstop and showed the two ladies at the front desk greeted me . One was on training, I showed them both at the same time my order confirmation . They acknowledged and pronounced my name correctly. I was headed a cup to get a drink while I waited for my order. I was told just a few more minutes . My order should have been ready . I went to the drink station to get myself a 32oz cup o Peak sweet tea . I found a empty table thinking any minute I am going to hear my name called. It was called after a few minutes so I had drunk some of my sweet tea. I got up and gave myself a little refill of sweet tea . I made conversation with a lady around my age sitting with 2 preteen girls . By this time I am getting irritated it's getting later still no food . One of the young ladies came to my table to ask me to fill out a survey online to receive free food . I advised her good no request for a review because I was not in the mood . She gave me a receipt not mine showing which information is needed on the online survey . I asked if the free food could be used today . At different times they both said yes . They mentioned I would roll on dice on the survey if it's an odd number certain food would be available free of charge same for a even number. The survey/ questionnaire asked compelling questions. When done the survey was free regular fries on next order in 14 days . The store got busy with people ordering or picking up an order . When I inquired why my order took an hour the young lady training the new employee pointed towards the kitchen saying sorry it's not us at the front it's the cooks . I walked out after my food was ready and with it being crowded in the store they didn't even noticed I was leaving . Each passing month, I swear this restaurant keeps hitting the shitter more and more. I don't understand how people can keep their job here, I hear nothing but complaints about the manager Karla. And there's this flamboyant dude who always has an attitude with everyone - customers, his fellow team members, and me! Wouldn't even let me or my cousin finish speaking when asking for things on our order! The food is just another major offense, always cold and chewy, never had it hot and crispy from here. I have not been to Wingstop in a few months and I went back yesterday and they had gotten new employees since the last time I had gone and they were all so caring. I noticed they had forgotten a piece of my order and I called them about it and they told me to go back and they gave me an extra 6 wings for the inconvenience. Service at this location is terrible. The wings aren't that good at this location. Managemeh5 when I was there was sitting in the back, not assisting until I spoke up about my long wait. I ordered my food at 830, said 63 min. wait. Went there at 945 the person at front told me 20 min more wait. Spoke with people that ordered after me and they were getting there order. Makes no sense, ask for refund. Manager states can't give refund till after midnight. Wingstop is not what it was before. Gave 1 star cause you have to, otherwise I would rate a no star. read more

This has been my go to Wingstop for awhile, considering it's the closest to my house but I'm at the point now where I won't be ordering from here anymore. It's a hit or miss getting decent food from this place honestly.... Sometimes the wings are spot on, fresh, seasoned perfect but 9/10 it's disappointing, always something wrong with the order, the wings are either too wet with **********dry rub seasoning or they taste old..... The fries are never seasoned enough.. it's almost as if they don't at all unless you ask for extra and when you do, they drench them..... I made a phone order the other night and had the hardest time placing the order bc you can't speak to an actually person, I had to deal with an AI......... Ummm, on top of that when I got to there, I was informed there was no order placed under my name or number so I then had to place it and wait. I would have went else where but it was late, my daughters and I were starving and it was already a school night and I had already went out of my way to pick up my order............. I ordered a 15 piece bone in wing combo and only received TWO flats out of the whole 15 wings I received ..... so I got 2 flats and 13 drumsticks....... I did a stupid thing. I used their app. Shocker the order was wrong. I tried calling to get it corrected. They threw me on hold and then hung up on me after 6 minutes. Just do your self a favor don't go to such a horrible business. I tried to use their app to fix it. Like their store it won't let you notate what was wrong. Dirty! Not the friendliest service, my buffalo wings were barely sauced. Came on a Friday night after craving wings for two weeks I wanted to get my fix. As expected there was a line, in hind sight I should have ordered ahead. I ordered the meal for two half buffalo half lemon pepper. We were quoted 30 minutes. No problem, go to find a table. All of them were dirty!!! I ended up finding one in the corner by the bathrooms that didn't have any trash on it but I had to wipe the table down because it was sticky. Received my meal to discover that my buffalo wings were barely tossed so I had to request more buffalo. After getting that fixed I had no issues the wings were good and the fries were delicious per usual. They always forget things. Last time a lady came up to the register and said "you forgot my voodoo fries!" So the worker said, "uhhh ok" and looked behind them in the kitchen and grabbed a box. I had ordered voodoo fries too and when I got home mine were missing. I'm guessing the employee didn't want to deal with the customer and just picked up some random fries. I went yesterday and paid $1.50 for all flats and in my 15 piece were mainly drums. I only had 3 flats. I waited another 37 mins to get my order. What was even more infuriating was that I saw at least 5 employees drinking out of cups with straws in the kitchen grill & walk away to refill. This specific location is terrible. I placed an order at 7:30 and the app said it will be ready in 30-38 minutes. I show up at 8:05 and they tell me that it will be ready in another 20 minutes. I am currently at the store still waiting for my order and it has been over an hour since I placed the order. The workers keep telling people that they're working on it and working on it. I buy Wingstop at least once a week. I live not even a mile from the Wingstop on Cartwright. For last 6-8 months I have had nothing but bad experiences with this location. Every time I get food at the Cartwright location, my fries are ALWAYS horrible! Always burnt, over-seasoned or both! Ranch is sometimes chunky because it's to old. (No I don't get blue cheese) Staff is rude. I know accidents happen and when they do I'm a very understanding customer. They once forgot part of my order and my original hot wings were dry when I asked for them to be wet. I went back up there to receive the missing part of my order and I asked for a side of original hot sauce on the side since my wings were dry. Not a big deal. Of course this week I ordered food again. My usual wet original hot wings. When I tell you my wings were SWIMMING in the sauce I mean there was seriously 16 ounces on sauce in the box. So much sauce it spilled out of the box all over the bag in my car. I know they did that because of my last visit. Of course my fries were horrible.
