I have never given a bad review on Yelp but here we go. We ordered online and waited until the 45 mins it said it would take then my husband went to the store. It was very busy which was fine. My husband checked in with the lady at the register twice in the hour he waited inside the store (after waiting at home 45 mins for the order to be prepared) and she kept saying it wasn't ready. Finally a different woman asked him his name and says "oh it's right here." The order had been ready for a long time, so long that the food has gotten cold, and there was no apology or offer to remake the food. This place gets worse each time I visit. I've been a resident of the area for the past 5 years and every change they have made to this establishment has just made it get worse with time. Quit spending money on making your place look nice if you're going to take a hit and hire poor customer service to be the face of your establishment. I never once get greeted when I visit, the cashiers roll their eyes when you don't rush giving them your order. They're response to my approximate wait time (after having spent 40 minutes already waiting) was "they're waiting on the chicken"... what does that even mean?
