Came here on a weekday for lunch with a friend who is Jamaican. We both got the special and oh boy, you get a over the top full container! We definitely had to take home. I got the jerk chicken and the curry chicken, both very flavorful. The jerk chicken had a lovely kick to it and deep flavor. I also loved the rice and the side of spinach I got. I could have eaten that rice alone, it was so savory. I also wanted to try the veggie patty and it did not disappoint. The jerk chicken plate is really delicious but its on the spicier side-definitely get the cabbage as it helps with the spiciness. I love that the serving is pretty big and filling. I put in my order online and they hadn't noticed it and hadn't started yet after 20 minutes it took me to drive there. Half had a good amount of meat, the other half, barely. Got the jerk wings with fried plantains - was okay. Not spicy or flavorful as when I was in Jamaica on a trip before. I was told after I should have gotten the chicken jerk meal instead of the wings. The chicken jerk is marinated for days, where as the chicken wings are just fried and tossed in a sauce. Well darn.
