At first I chalked it up to the AC possibly being busted and as time passed- and I'm talkin' YEARS- not a darn thing has changed. I honesty avoid coming here on hot days simply because it's just so uncomfortable. On rare occasions, like today, coming here was completely due to my toddler having mad cravings and us being in the area. With today's highs clocking in at 98 degrees, it felt even hotter than that sitting inside. 4 stars. Whenever I go to Wingstop, I usually just preorder since the wait times can be so long. This location can be a hit or miss, most of the time I have no problems with this location. However one time, my family ordered 30 wings online and they only gave us 20. We called back and they mentioned that we would need to wait another half hour just to get the wings that were supposed to be part of our original order. Always check your order before you leave to avoid this situation. Other than that, Wing-stop got solid wings, and their fries are great. Definitely prefer the bone-in wings over the boneless. This USED to be a good Wingstop but we all think they've switched owners/employees because you DO NOT get what you pay for. Whenever you order a 10 piece or just any quantity, you get a mix and match of thumb sized chicken pieces with regular small pieces. Sadly, this place consistently seems to show that they think thumb sized chicken pieces count as a piece..... there's a huge problem if the 10 piece boneless order you get have chicken pieces that are much smaller than the cups of dressing. The garlic Parmesan, lemon pepper, mild, and all the flavors are hardly ever seasoned correctly, so that's just 3x the disappointment. You used to be able to walk in here and expect to be greeted by friendly employees, but that's sadly gone now. The service has plummeted drastically - the workers seem to want to avoid too much social interaction even if it's just a greeting when you walk in or letting you know when your order will be ready... It's never been so disappointing here up until recently. The training of staff is extremely low. There's been a huge difference in overall service and there's been an obvious, almost too obvious, of a switch in staff or management. *** Since this is the 3rd or 4th time we've been cheated by the value, we will definitely keep posting photos of what you can expect to get from this location if they keep continuing to disappoint -- until you can all clearly see for yourselves that you won't get what you pay for at this specific location.
