I sent a 7 lb box but had to pay 10lb fee due to the size of the box. It cost me close to $50 dollars sending it to Hong Kong.

I called my credit card company to protect my investment and dispute the charges. I still see them on social media advertising their meal plans. They were the best meal prep service I had subscribed to and it is disappointing they couldn't honor their commitment.
