Oh my goodness. This is the worst location ever. This is our second time trying Wingstop in Milpitas and the food is absolutely nasty. We usually order a family meal with the bone in and they ran out so we had to settle for boneless. Really? We brought the food home and we initially thought they added all our sauces. Nope! Just ketchup. We ordered three different flavors...please explain to me how all three of the flavors were so damn salty we basically whipped, shaked and shaved all the outside off their little pieces of boneless chicken. Yum, the wings here taste so good. Lemon pepper is a must, and for the strips you gotta try garlic parmesan. It has a homely feel with a bunch of decorations and portraits of airplanes and stuff to go with the theme of the restaurant. The fries are plentiful and taste great, and since we've been there almost every week for the past month or so, they tend to hook it up with a couple of extra wings and strips for us now, nice! Every time I've went there the cashiers were usually pretty cool. The place is a bit small so if you have a group of more than 4 people its cramped and pretty stuffy in there.... or is it the hot sauce that gets to me? Still, I prefer going to this wing place now cause I'm tired of getting welcomed by the stale yet oh-so pungent smell of barf EVERY time (no matter WHAT time, even 3 in the afternoon!) Never had a problem here like what I've read in other reviews. I always order online, show up, and the food is ready to be picked up. I like being able to specify half boneless and half regular wings with different flavors all online. The wings are as expected: hot (temp.), very salty, and very greasy. came here last night and it wasn't too busy. placed my order and the girl just threw my change and receipt at me. how rude. ordered their 20 wing combo with fries and a soda for $20ish. up to two flavors,so i picked lemon pepper and original hot and made my fries extra crispy. it took really long for my order to come up but when i did another girl handed it to me very politely. (you guys need more people like her because the ones who are rude or throw shit at people are going to drive customers away.) my fries weren't extra crispy and some wings had extra sauce, while others had nothing at all. pretty inconsistent which sucked. would i come here again? only if i didn't want to drive to buffalo wild wings. read more

I was overwhelmed with the smell of grease as soon as I walked in. Wanted to just turn around and walk out but my friends wanted to try the place. Counted 5 flies while waiting for food. Ordered 8pc boneless wings in standard hot and bbq sauce. They were like chicken mcnuggets but very hard and extremely dry. The sauces were so salty they were almost inedible. I come to this location all the time and they usually get my order right, but one time I was ordering in front of this girl, and it felt like she wasn't even listening to me and totally got me the wrong order. Best spot to hang with a group of friends whey you're in a mood for wings! I would consider trying flavors like mango habanero for example since it gives out a small kick of spice but damn sweet. Customer service was totally satisfying since they we doing a great job on whatever position they're doing. Especially one of the coworkers who cleaned the trash for us! When I went I got a order or 6 garlic parmesan wings. They tasted great but later when I went home I started to feel sick. I thought the pain would go away but the next day when I woke up my stomach pain was actually incredibly worse, so bad that I decided to go to a doctor because I couldn't sit down in a chair. When I saw the doctor no freaking joke the doctor did sone test and says I have malaria. How the hell do I get malaria from eating chicken? I asked the doctor if I can get malaria from chicken and he says no but I don't know where else it could come from as I haven't left the bay area in the last 4 months. my siblings and i came here for lunch and it was pretty good. my favorite was the garlic parmesan wings. original buffalo is pretty good. bbq is too sweet for me. I enjoy wings and wings n things in san diego is faaaar superior but it gets the job done whenever i want some wings. the king road location is far newer but i feel like the people here are nicer and it's a lot less crazy during the day. will be back. read more

The cure for the common craving please make a stop and WING STOP. There are alot of wing stop places now so i think if you ever have cravings for wings this place is a good place to come to because they are open late til midnight and the was are good. At wing stop i usually get the meal that includes two different flavors of chicken and fries and a drink which will run you about $10. The sauces that i get is honey bbq and lemon pepper which are classics of wingstop. Here the wings are rather small compared to most wing places. I don't think you get the bang for your buck here at wing stop. Yes the wings are small that is why i tend to get a meal when i go here to fill me up. The wings are small but good enough to fit my craving.I would say the food is more like 3.5 but i gave it a 4 because i really like all the locations they have so you can also get to one ontime before they close to fulfill your wing craving. read more

Love love love wing stop especially lemon pepper flavor- been ordering Wingstop for years and never had a problem with it. However my love for Wingstop ends today- and that's because of this location. Ordered 40 pieces to go (10 Parmesan, 30 lemon pepper) parmesan was perfect however, lemon pepper was super salty! To the point that it's not edible anymore. To make things worse- I called to hopefully have them replace it since it's only been 20 mins since we picked up from this location- was trying to explain what is going on to the person that answered the phone and he basically just said "THERE's NOTHING WE CAN DO", make sure that you tell them next time to not make it salty! I then kindly ask to speak to a manager and that's when the very disrespectful rude person said with so much attitude that he is the manager and said "And I'm telling you there's nothing I can do!" His name is Gabriel. Horrible, terrible customer service. For someone who calls themself a manager- definitely do not deserve to be a leader if he can't even lead by example of giving great service on which is always a focus on any business. I honestly don't see what all the fuss is about.. I came here for the first time this weekend and sorry to say it wasnt all that great..and not only that the service sucked! I love Wingstop! Came in last night and there was only two femle workers one with glasses and the other woman was cooking. I understand when it's busy it's hard to make and keep up with work many orders that's why I hate going to King n story Wingstop kus they're always busy and even when they're not still make your order wrong! went here with my boyfriend and his friends. we usually go to the one in Fremont but this was in the area so we decided to go here... as usual got my boneless w/ lemon peper on the side & the boyfriend got the 10 wing combo thing. i must say i was disappointed in this wingstop. we were with 6 other people & tell me why me&my boyfriends order had the less fries! I have been hearing people rave about Wingstop for quite awhile now and wanted to see what all the buzz was. We decided to order online 16 sauced wings (hot, lemon pepper, and garlic Parmesan) and headed over to pick them up. We get there and our order we placed online never made it to them so they ended up making our order while we wanted for about 10 minutes longer. Mistakes happen and the associate was really nice and apologetic about it and threw in a free order of fries...not bad! We got our order and headed home. Everything we delicious. Pretty pricey for a few pieces of clucks and wings. For what you're paying for these meals, you should get additional side options. The plus is - food's made fresh, doesn't taste fresh out of the microwave, stale or chewy. Could be a 15 min wait to get your food, but obviously better than processed nuggets at McD's! read more

This wingstop is my favorite wingstop to go to. I used to be a regular here until recently. I changed my diet so I don't eat here too often. The wings here are always good. The employees are fantastic, they create a great atmosphere and really make you feel like you're really a valued customer. I do see myself coming here in the near future when I'm looking for my wing fix. I highly recommend coming here for your wings from wingstop. read more

The same thing happened to me as someone else who commented on here. Apparently they had a black out power outage back in December of 2009 and JUST NOW got around to manually keying in the credit card numbers from that day. I wish I would have known because I went through the hassle of canceling my debit card and ordering a new one with a different number because I immediately thought it was fraud. This is an unacceptable way to run a business and the owner should be ashamed. It does not take 3 months to figure this out and fix it. I am just upset that they had my credit card # sitting around for that long. Luckily I was able to verify that the charges did not go through back in December when I thought they would. This is the closest wing stop to my house. Now being a big hot wings lover. This place doesn't do my stomach no justice. They have a lot of flavors but it's super drenched in sauce. I normally go to the Wingstop in Fremont but I stopped by this location because I wanted some Yogurtland for dessert. Their wings definitely seem smaller than the wings they offer in Fremont, but they taste just as good. I loveee the lemon pepper and cajun sauce with ranch :) read more

Just ordered 15 combo of traditional wings, and it's taking the employees a really long time to prepare it, even for a To go order. I understand that they need to cook the chicken first. But the employees were taking their time preparing orders. When asking for my order, the employer didn't bother checking and just said that it's being made, 10 mins later there was nothing yet. Overall it took them about 30-40mins for a simple order. I don't think I would come here for awhile, and for others reading this - order ahead of time, but don't bother ordering inside.. read more
