While placing our order, the employee at the register, identified on the receipt as Chase, displayed an unprofessional attitude and appeared disengaged from his responsibilities. Rather than assisting us promptly, he continued conversations with other customers while our order was left waiting, which created an unpleasant experience. Additionally, our order was prepared incorrectly, which seemed to reflect a lack of attention and focus during the transaction. We attempted to contact the business regarding the issue, and although our call was answered, we were placed on hold for an extended period of time. When we did receive a response, the interaction was handled unprofessionally and lacked courtesy, as no apology or acknowledgment of the inconvenience was offered. I believe customer service and professionalism are important standards for any business, and unfortunately this interaction did not meet those expectations. My unsweetened tea looked and tasted as if they started to pour sweet tea...halfway they remembered it was supposed to be unsweetened and filled up the rest with water! Yuck! The Trash can was still full from the night before. Go ing to the rest room, it was as bad! No paper, trash on floor. The food was greasy, salty. The fries had been cooked in old grease. The food here is delicious and consistent! You can expect to get exactly what you ordered. The vibe at this location is very calm and chill. The employees and managers are also very kind, friendly, and relaxed even when they are slammed. This energy is so refreshing. The layout of the restaurant is also very spacious and relaxing. The lighting is low which has a calming effect (I hate florescent lighting!!) and bathroom and drink stations are super clean. read more

I enjoy wings stop over BWW but due to my recent experience I will be looking for wings at a restaurant that is NOT Wingstop or Buffalo wide wings from this day forward. As much as I have enjoyed wing stop I will no longer be a customer. I went to the Wingstop app on 12/18/22 and ordered a delivery of wings. Then I received a text that my order would be here at 7:42. Next I receive a text that the driver is arriving. So I go outside and stand in 40° weather for over 15 minutes. I see the driver drive right by me twice as the driver calls me to let me know I need to be outside because they can not find me. I told them to look for the lot that has lights on the outside with a guy standing by the fence and that would be me. So next I see on the app that my order was delivered and I never received my order. I guess the driver got hungry or something. So I called the Wingstop that my order came from and the first lady I talked to was one of the rudest people and hung up on me. I continued to call back and when I finally got to talk with someone they informed me that it was not their responsibility and that I need to get ahold of Doordash. So he told me to call Doordash and so I finally after 10 minutes got to talk to someone at Doordash. That person connected me with somebody from Wingstop. So here I am a person that was in a really bad accident that can not drive to go get my food myself. Wish I remembered his name so i could give him a shoutout. Yes! Finally! I don't have to drive to Norman to get my favorite wings! This location is significantly bigger than any wingstop location I've been to. Plenty of seating and their wings are the bomb. The quality and size of the wings are way better than Bdubs. They don't have as many sauce options but you don't need super thick sauce to cover up the meats flavor. They give a 10% discount to public service workers (police, firemen, military). Their fries are amazing and they have a (what I call crack) seasoning that seems to have a little bit of sugar in it. read more

Finally a great alternative to BWW! Brand new restaurant off of the I-35 Service Road in front of Warren Movie Theatres in Moore. I ordered togo online and paid when I got there to pick up. I love that they have an option like that. It's quick and easy and much better than calling BWW and being on hold for 10 minutes or so just so someone can take your order. The restaurant itself is nothing fancy, but it's new, clean, and pretty spacious so that's always a plus. I got 8 wings (4 Cajun and 4 Louisiana rub) and an order of carrot sticks, with a side of ranch. The chicken was fresh, juicy, and still pretty hot when I got home. (But I got there as they were bagging it up). I know they don't have as many flavor choices as BWW, but they had the ones I like and Wingstop's chicken is so much fresher and way more flavorful IMO.
