I would highly recommend not going there if cars are broken into all the time. Does not sound like a safe place. And they really do not care to even talk to you. As a business owner I would be concerned about the safety of my parking lot. I understand they cannot control everything. But refusing to speak with someone and being completely uncaring at all about what happened is not very good customer service.
