Out of the 8-9 wing stops that I've been to this has been the worst and it sucks because they're the closest to my house, they either get the order wrong, undercook or over cook the wings, I have also tried calling in orders 45 minutes before they close which I think is plenty of time (considering they always tell you that your order will be ready in 14 minutes which it never is) and they literally answer the phone and immediately hang up on you, and this will go on and on, I'd much rather just have them tell me that it's too late to place an order than being hung up on! read more

I come here on lunch to do homework and eat lunch. The food is great and they don't rush you out. Free refills on drinks and you get a lot of food for a good price. They have deals on certain days. read more

Woman taking orders / cashier was pleasant, though a little confused. Kitchen staff looked irritated and terribly un-enthusiastic. Ordered Atomic wings and Garlic Lemon. Absolutely repulsive - chicken was very, very, old ..tasted like it defrosted in a dumpster for a couple days."Garlic Lemon" was so overfryed I might as well have been eating rancid potatoe chips. Used to come here all the time to get myself lunch during the work day. I go to pick up my mom's birthday dinner (ordered over the phone) for my entire family using my dad's debit card and I had his ID also. They wouldn't let me pay for it with his card even though on the phone he told them I was coming to pick it up. They have bottled beer here the service was good Not that busy when I arrived the quality of the food was good they HAVE THE BEST BLUE CHESSE thick creamy with actual chunks of blue cheese Very flavorful! I had the Atomic wings they are spicy but have no other taste to them other than the spiciness BBQ well you can never go wrong with bbq and the teriyaki was a not the best... Service was nothing special. Not really greeted, the cashier was taking a phone order. The place is run down and needs some work. The chairs and tables covers are ripped which makes it look very sloppy. Food was not really worth the cost. I'm not a fan or the flavor of the fries. Over all very disappointed in my visit here. So, today was my first trip to Wingstop. If I could give this location less than one star, I definitely would! I ordered my food and my coworker called me and asked for me to pick up her food that she had just ordered online. When I was given my to-go order, I asked to pick up my coworkers order as well. The cashier said that he was ok with it but that he had to get his manager to talk to me. The manager came up and explained to me that he can't give me the order because he needs to verify the payment card and ID for the order. I explained to him that my coworker only ordered food from there because she knew I was sitting there waiting for my food. He said that she needs to drive down to pick it up herself and I told him she couldn't because she was at work. He then informed me that this would be the only time that he would let me get away with this and made me sign her order. I then asked for ranch for her order and was charged $1 for it. Now how on Earth are you going to charge extra for sauce at a wing place?!?! I've never been charged for extra ranch at any other wing place. And it was watered down ranch at that! When I got back to work to eat my food, it was so cold! I work right up the street. My wings were cold and my fries were soggy and tasted like cinnamon! I will never come back to any Wingstop ever again. Biggest waste of money ever spent. My coworker, whose order I was harassed for picking up, called in to speak with the manager, Jesse. Jesse was very rude to her. She explained to him that all of our food was cold and soggy and all he offered was a discount. Why would we want a discount for food that we hated? This is the best place to get wings by far the Lemon pepper is the fav at the moment! On the customer service side a lil rough I would have to say no smile and greet just what can I get you, then you tell them and they get it wrong word of advice if it's to go check your order before you leave period you might end up with the wrong wings or dip so DOUBLE CHECK... but all in all great fresh wings! read more

I decided to try Wingstop for the first time and this location happened to be the closest one to me. As we were walking in we were not greeted, and then on top of that after my daughter sampled one of their flavors and as her boyfriend proceeded to throw the trash Moises the employee working the cash register had an extreme attitude saying "I said I'll throw it away". We got our food and it was tasty as always , but I wanted a free small sample of the mango habanero and when I sent my daughter to ask him for it he said that he could not give it to me and would charge me 75 cents. And that was just for a sample size not the full 75 cents size, and because he would not give me a sample size I had to pay 75 cents on the freaking debit card. The only reason I gave this experience one star was because the gentleman in the back making the wings was very nice, the music was too loud for me to talk to my daughter, that was sitting across the table and when I asked him to turn it down he had no problem helping and had a good attitude about it. read more
