Done in this area as far as covid restrictions. Some restaurants are open in the lobby and others are not. Came to Wingstop after two very disappointing visits at other locations where only drive through was open. Rating is on customer service with Calvin. To all the managers specifically the light skin lady. Long story short they had to replace my meal because of a mistake. The meals come with one sauce. When i handed the bag with the old food in calvin threw the bag away including the sauce. Calvin didnt want to replace the sauce he threw away. He kept saying no until I asked for some one in charge. The lemon pepper was way too strong in flavored, surprisingly salty, we needed a whole cup of water to get it down. However, the louisiana rub wings were lacking in flavor, thank goodness for the ranch because that was the only think I could taste. There seasoned fries are always on point! This location doesn't get a lot of traffic but it's actually pretty good. I stopped here to pick up an order of wings every once in a while after I get done at the gym. The protein, you know. Anyway I would or large order and they're always made perfectly, and, they are always ready right on time. I usually split my order to two flavors and they graciously put the two different flavors in two different containers. Bad for the environment, good for my household.
