She then said they were working on my order. 6 minutes later, one of the cooks came out and asked me my name, went over to the bag that was sitting there and gave me my order (that's been sitting there). We order and start to get our drinking when some friends of hers come in and she starts hugging them and being so friendly which was in stark contrast to everything we had experience with her. Our wait time was substantial and the entire time she sat there and chatted with this group of people. In the course of our wait we learned that a former employee's grandma came to cuss someone out, there was a crash, an employee has a montecarlo, the big boss mr b as they call him scare the employees and tell them "waste waste". Etc. I had enough so when our name was called I snapped a picture of the corporate office to complain. I left the establishment first and hear my name being called by my husband. As I later was explained the manager decided to be even ruder and asked her little friends "I don't know why that lady took a picture of that information". My husband overheard and was so over it. I came back and explained that her demeanor was nasty at best and she stared at me with a look and I told her even that look was rude.
