Placed an order over the weekend for delivery and it was a DISASTER. Over 2 hours and 2 delivery drivers later, waiting to pick up my order I received a text from Wingstop (Deer Park Ave) that my order was canceled. Except that wasn't true because I was charged the full amount, taxes, fees everything. When trying to reach them for days, they avoided calls (didn't pick-up) and lied about managers not being available (more than 4 days)! Horrible service, horrible location that apparently cancels orders and steals money. I'll keep to other locations, not this one. read more

Went here for the first time excited to finally go to a Wingstop on Long Island and it was such a disappointment.. My boyfriend and I ordered the meal for 2 combo half boneless hickory bbq, half lemon pepper with bone in. We went when there was no one else in the restaurant and it took 1/2hr to get our food. When we finally got our food however the wings itself were disgusting. The lemon pepper was very very salty and was not enjoyable to eat and the bbq boneless was a chicken strip with a little bit of sauce. All in all for such a popular chain restaurant it was such a let down we will not be coming here again. :( read more

I love the food. It's not about the food I placed an order on the wingstop website Friday. It never came. I called. They said the food was sitting there waiting for a driver. So I said please cancel it and refund me. They said ok 5 days later. No refund. I call. I was told I had to call doordash for the refund. I didn't order through doordash. Wish I could give it 0 stars. I placed an order for pick up today for 10 pm online, got a confirmation email and everything. I go there at 10:05 pm and the guy said "your order will be out in about 10 mins". I'm already annoyed at this point cause what's the point of PICK UP if it's not even ready. But I'm patient so I wait and time just keeps passing and passing and the guy at the register kept saying "almost ready it'll be a few more mins".... It ends up being 10:45 and this guy says "We don't see your name here"....... SO IT TOOK YOU 45 MINS TO SAY THAT ?!?!? So my food was NEVER in the process of being made and instead of being straight up honest, he kept brushing me off. I woulda left I immediately at 10:05 if I had knew they didn't even start my order. And on top of that, I didn't even get my food nor a refund. Any other day I would have stuck around and waited but I had to be somewhere (which is why I did pick up in the first place). And on top of that, the girl who was packaging the food in the bags had an attitude and showed no willingness to help aside from roll her eyes. There was at least 6 other people there waiting and complaining saying they've been waiting for an hour too, so it wasn't just me. I ordered a 10 piece combo (Lemon Pepper/Hot). The lemon pepper wings were oily and didn't have much seasoning. The hot wings were alright at best. The fries were oily but were thick cut which I like. Much better places in the area to get wings. The wing stop in queens/Nassau are far better and would recommend those. We love this place!!! Have been here atleast 15 times and they have NEVER messed up our order and we order for 5 people everytime. Wings are juicy, never dry. For the people complaining about the fries, when you order fries to go unless you live around the corner they are going to get soggy. STAY FAR AWAY!!!!! Ordered from here the other day through UberEats. We had ordered two combo meals with sides of Ranch in which I even made sure to call them and specify it was important to make sure it was Ranch and not Bleu Cheese due to I am HIGHLY ALLERGIC upon our order being delivered we received the wrong combos and instead of getting Ranch we were given Bleu Cheese I called immediately to try and handle the issue and instead the kid on the phone continuously argued with me that our order was correct and the bleh cheese was ranch. I even expressed my health and being highly allergic to Bleu Cheese and his comment was that's not my issue we gave you Ranch. I asked to speak with a manager instead got hung up on and I kept trying to call back but instead kept getting picked up and hung up on. My friend's meal had to be remade because the wings were not cooked or seasoned fully. I called that night and was told the manager wasn't in so I called and left my name and number another 2 times that week and never got a call back. the last time I called I asked for the manager and the person on the phone told me he'll put her on the phone and it wasn't the manager. the woman told me she'll tell the manager to call me back the next day and didn't ask for my name or number. I've had them forget part of my order more than a few times now so be sure to double check before you leave if you get your food to go.
