I ordered "Extra Well done" wings. So upset. Paid $42.09 for undercooked chicken wings.

This is supposed to be lemon pepper!!!

The wings look like they are freezer burnt. There is not enough seasoning. They are dryed out.

There's Wingstop, and now there's "Thighstop." Thighstop is a menu option inside selected Wingstops. This is in response to an apparent "chicken wing shortage." Also, it offers up the same Wingstop flavors and rubs, but with a more meaty piece of chicken. Ok, DoorDash (DD) is currently offering a 20% Off deal on a $15 order. So I ordered the 5-pc Combo, and 2 extra pieces, with a BBQ & Garlic Parm flavor mix. Total ran up to about $16 with DD promo. How was the food? Grade (3/5) at best. Different location, same old food. Thighs are small, but meaty. Lightly battered and fried. They had a nice crunch, but some pieces were overcooked. Overcooked meant dry and stringy meat. Actually tasted good after you drown it in Ranch Dressing. Fries came with the order. Thin fries don't travel well. Soggy and limp. So if you like Wingstop, but with bigger pieces of meaty chicken.....bone-in or boneless.....try the Thighstop menu.

I was telling my son how delicious the French Fries are from Wing Stop. He said Wingstop seasons them with a blend of spices that includes sugar. What? I checked out copy cat recipes and yup, a hint of sugar! Doesn't matter. My personal trainer says, "There's always tomorrow to reset!" BTW: This location provides the best take out service. Accurate orders, neatly prepared food, and packaged! Other Wing Stops should take note!

Lemon Pepper, Louisiana Rub and Hot Honey Rub

I got three flavor of wings but they all tasted and looked the same. Was really disappointed but I knew better. It wont be the first nor will it be the last time they've barely added any seasoning. Should've driven the extra 8 minutes to the Alameda Wingstop to get my moneys worth. They never disappoint with the seasoning.

    Confirmation of order

Placed an online order for carry out on their app- easy, right? Not easy at all! Arrived at the store and the employees couldn't find my order, despite displaying my confirmation. Then they said that half my order was complete, but that it wasn't made to my specific order (as displayed on my online receipt) and refused to change it. Furthermore, they claimed that they didn't receive the other half of my order that was on the same receipt! It would have been negligible had they been professional, but they were very rude and downright uncivil when they're the ones who made the errors? Save yourself the trouble and go across the street to KFC. The food quality is not worth the effort.

Not only did we order 30 minutes before arriving.. upon arrival the staff just began cooking our food. And they only started making it because we arrived expecting it to be ready. Once the staff realized they were behind on orders they rushed and cooked the wings. I genuinely think the wings were under cook

It's a hit and miss with this location. Sometimes they have it together and sometimes they don't. The parking sucks as well.

They don't wash the chicken comes out of bag raw and then goes in fryer. The bacteria is then cooked into the meat.

The chips were fried fresh, and the ground beef was quality. I was hesitant to order ground beef nachos but it was great tasting & well made. I got full but couldn't stop eating them. I ordered a drink and nachos. The drink came out promptly and was simple but well constructed. Service was good and with care. It's mostly high top seating with seating at the bar as well, & maybe 1-2 half circles with comfy pillows. Parking is tough, plan to either circle or park a few blocks away. The vibe is great, and the food definitely delivers on flavor. We tried quite a bit--the first Friday taco, chicken sandwiches, Mexican hot dog, and asada tacos--and everything was honestly amazing. It was so good that we came back the next day before leaving town just to have it again. Service was about an 8/10. The only reason I didn't rate it higher was due to one moment that didn't sit right with me. I watched a waitress bring out fries to a guest, the guest started eating them, and then she came back to say it was a mistake and took them away after he was already halfway through. That just didn't feel very service-oriented. In a situation like that, it would have been better to acknowledge the mistake and let the guest keep the fries on the house. Taking back half-eaten food felt like poor judgment. That said, the overall experience was still very positive. Great atmosphere, great flavors, and definitely a spot I'd recommend checking out if you're in the area.

The people here are always extremely welcoming and patient with me as I slowly read through their beer selection. And their beer selection--absolutely amazing. As an Asian-American, I never thought I'd see Kimchi and Yuzu flavors for beer. Obviously, the first time we came here, we had to get flights to try all of their flavors. Whenever I have group events where I have to bring a pack of beer, I always try to bring a pack of dokkaebier :)

Quality/Quantity - You have been on my list to visit since you opened. I drink your beers in most (if not all) the local Korean Restaurants in the Bay. And at some non Korean restaurants. Today I enjoyed your Chuseok Porter, well a few of them... This by far was my favorite of all the beers I drank and tasted here. Also tasted the following: Dokkaebi IPA - Light and refreshing. Lemongrass Witbier - I can almost taste the lemongrass, another light and refreshing beer. K-Beer - Again, another light and refreshing beer. My daughter had the Calamansi & Tea Lager - This actually had more flavor then all the beers I drank except my porter. Lastly, my daughter noticed the Hazy IPA, Hazy Seoul. But I could not/did not want to drink any more. I guess I might have to rush over again before they close. For our snacks we got: KFC, Korean Fried Chicken - Not as authentic as I would have preferred. Gimmari - Wow, a home run. It helped that I have never had this before! My daughter says we will go to K-Town next time we are in LA and she will introduce me to Korean "street food." Looking forward to it. Atmosphere - Small local brewery. They also own the "kitchen" and storage area next door, see pictures. Metered street parking, but not a problem on a Sunday. And free meter parking on a Sunday. Shared restrooms with the other businesses in the building, you need a key. See pictures. Open 4 days a week (well only for one more week..) from Thursday to Sunday. See Yelp or their website. Service - Counter service, just okay. Price - $44 + tip. Owner Comment - Congrats on your success since 2020 and here since 2023. I am sorry to hear your tap room is closing, but I do admit it has taken me over a year to visit.... So I understand.
