This location is my go-to Round Table now. Located only a few minutes from me, inside the Fifth Street shopping center in between Safeway and Target. This location is spacious, clean, new, with extremely friendly staff. I order online my pizza for take-out. Pizza is always ready in time. Quality is on par or even slightly better than other branches and the price is a little less as well. Not too much to say to describe a Round Table restaurant since they are all similar. I always come here for my niece it's her favorite pizza. She always gets medium extra cheese. But I always get a LG 1/2 King Arthur and 1/2 pepperoni, jalapeños and black olives. The best part, besides the pizza, is the place stays open late.....10pm on most days and 11pm on Friday and Saturday. On a Wednesday night, I ordered a King Arthur Supreme, medium, extra cheese, to-go. I love combo pizzas with a good layer of melted cheese, so I order them that way! How was it? It was as good as it used to be, but I think the pizza needed a little more time in the oven. It was slightly doughy, and didn't taste the same as what I remember from the old days. The zesty sauce was nice, and the pizza was heavy with toppings. An impressive combination pizza, that can serve 2-4 people. Overall a good first time experience at this location. I've been to this Round Table a few times, all for their lunch special when it was $8.99 and came with a personal one topping pizza and drink. Now it's $10.99 but still a deal (especially since it runs until 4 pm)! Today they had a promotion in the app for a personal pizza (up to 4 toppings) and a side salad. No drink but that's okay. The pizza was ready to go when I got there and they gave me an empty container for my salad. The salad bar was standard but things looked fresh and well stocked. The 4 stars is because I think the pizza could be put in the oven a little longer so it's not quite so floppy. Out of the 5 times I've been there, there's only been one time when I felt it had been in the oven long enough to cook the bottom of the pizza. I called in my order for the chicken club sandwich with chips and husband wanted a personal size King Arthur's Supreme to go. I arrived to pick up my order, only to find out they ran out of chips. Employee substituted a bottled water for the chips. What was the disappointment? Not the substitution, that's for sure. This Round Table is new and clean. It is great that there is a pretty large outdoor area for dining. The lunch specials are very reasonably priced. You can get a personal pizza and a drink for $10.99. I love that they give you the option of ordering the little pepperoni or the big pepperoni. I came here on a Sunday evening with a group of 3. The place is quite clean and modern inside with a good amount of outdoor seating as well. One nice thing about this place in Alameda Landing is that they are open until 10pm which is later than many of the other nearby restaurants. We ordered their large King Arthur pizza which came out fresh and piping hot after not too long of a wait. The pizza was great fresh with the melty cheese being just right and the crust being easy to chew through. The toppings were distributed evenly and the slices were cut evenly as well. I bought 12 piece wings, 6 parmesan and 6 hot buffalo. The buffalo wings came regular size but the parmesan were MINI wings! I am very disappointed, I did not get my moneys worth. Unacceptable! I should have known to go to a regular wing spot. Lesson learned I am never going here again. read more
