They refused to refund and gave me a small drink cup instead, and the soda fountain was out of service. The food came out burnt with little to no sauce at all. The fries were soggy and cold. They did not give any of the dressings I paid extra for. The staff was rude and refused to help or provide any form of solution. I usually don't go out of my way to leave bad reviews but this needs to be brought up to management ASAP. I got there 20 min AFTER my scheduled pick up time because they're always behind (I can clearly see that there's not a lot of people working) and I am guessing they have lots of orders so this isn't the staff problem BUT it needs to be fixed somehow because it notifies you that the order is "ready" when they haven't even started cooking it yet. The trash can right in front of the restaurant is FILTHY, completely overfilled and it seriously grossed me out, trash was everywhere. Got my food and the chicken pieces were either super greasy or just extremely dry. I love wingstop but this location needs to have better management or a protocol in place to help with these things. The staff is never rude to me and they usually explain they're backed up or the fries take a bit longer to cook. I am done with this location. We placed an online order for a couple of wing combos. It took almost 2 hours to get our food. The high school kid at the front counter told a customer who had also been waiting well over an hour that it would take 7 business days to get her order. I don't know what is going on at this location but the owner needs to wake up and realize that you are losing a large amount of customers.
