When I called to remedy the situation I was told the door dash driver didn't give me all of my order and that I had to contact door dash myself. The little girl who answered the phone offered no help whatsoever and offered no type of compensation for my inconvenience. FINALLY figured this businesse's cooking out. I was not happy with wing stop for a long time because their company policy seems to be to serve the wings wet and juicy, I don't like them that way, I like mine crispy. Same with the fries, before I've continually been served what I thought were disgusting soggy, greasy fries. Ever since I've ordered bone in wings naaaaaked, extra crispy, with the sauces on the side, and I order fries extra extra crispy, THEY BOTH COME OUT PERFECT!! They cook as you order so it takes a few minutes especially if they're busy but you can call ahead or order on their app. Dine in isn't fancy but it's clean, they have a great ice tea machine, Un-sweet, sweet, raspberry, or peach. I'm a big fan of half and half with a splash of peach! They also have unlimited soda drinks. Bathrooms are clean, parking is adequate. Customer service is great, they happily turned the AC off as we had ice cycles hanging from our noses it was so cold when we walked in. They have a huge military discount as well! I'll be back!
